Hotel für eine Nacht ok. Nach 23:00 kein Alkohol mehr. Bar gibt es auch keine aber sehr sauberes Hotel und Rezeption stets bemüht alles zu erledigen.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber ... die Einrichtung anspruchsvoll .... Ich habe eine Nacht verbracht und wie ein Baby geschlafen Liebte das Ambiente ... vielleicht toll, Bademäntel und Hausschuhe im Zimmer zu haben ... Shampoo und Conditioner wären auch toll ... Hatten nur Frühstück...es war ok

The location of the hotel is fantastic for Toronto airport and offers free shuttles to and from the airport 24 hours a day. I only stayed a night, arriving late and leaving early, but the guy on reception was welcoming and check-in and the room had all of the required amenities for my stay. Would stay here again if I fly from Toronto Pearson airport.

Room 1145 air conditioner was extremely noisy.  Hard to sleep due to that and outside noise (hoons reving up at 1am).  Shower, bed and linens were good.  This hotel has a guest laundry on b2.  The restaurant service was terrible, brought soup and main meal at the same time.  Quality of the food was average.  Airport shuttle was 20 minutes late for airport pick up, 10 minutes late for drop off, it services the Hilton Airport hotel as well. The king room was quite large.

Over all not bad, but cannot reach room service or guest service

I had a terrible experience with Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport that I feel compelled to share. Despite booking our room well in advance, upon arrival we were shocked to learn that the hotel had given away our reserved room. Instead of accommodating us as promised, they sent us to another hotel far from the airport. To make matters worse, we had to pay for a taxi to this alternate hotel out of our own pocket, as it didn't offer a shuttle service to Toronto Airport. This unexpected expense and inconvenience significantly disrupted our travel plans. Following this ordeal, we reached out to the hotel management seeking compensation for the extra costs and inconvenience. Unfortunately, our attempts at communication were met with silence. The management never contacted us back, offered an apology, or made any effort to compensate us for the additional expenses we incurred due to their overbooking. I want to warn other travelers: this hotel might sell your paid and reserved room without any notice and redirect you elsewhere, leaving you with no options and extra costs. The lack of customer service and accountability following this incident was extremely disappointing. If you value reliability and customer service, I strongly advise considering other accommodation options near Toronto Airport. The risk of having your confirmed reservation disregarded and being left to fend for yourself is not worth it.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful; it's spotlessly clean and the setting is idyllic.👋😊

Okay to stay but be aware sometimes the hotel is overbooked.

Airport shuttle is great. The front desk service is not always on the line. Prices reasonable.

Short stay, arrived at 22.00 and left 04.00. Bed was comfy but the shower head was placed too low, had tu hunch down to wash the hair

Hotel near airport. Great free shuttle service with very nice and helpful drivers. Fast and efficient check in. Very Fast check out. Spacious room with great view. Beautiful large window. Large and comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Negative notes: Slippers are not available, are necessary. The sink was clogged. Missing soap for shower.

The best decision I have made for morning flight! arrived a day earlier and glad to find that there is laundry services at the bottom, swimming pool and gym. Would have been better if there are toiletries provided for toothbrush/tooth paste and slippers!

Shuttle to Airport from this hotel is super punctual and efficient. Thumbs up
