Pathetic place. Dirty rooms. Rude front office staff. The guy who seemed to be the owner was rude to his staff as well. I did not interact with him directly. They do not show the rooms before taking payment. When I paid with UPI it went to some fertilizer company. Obviously some kind of tax evasion in play. They did not even provide free water. No hot water for bath. I booked 3 rooms at 2K each. Restaurant service doesn’t start until late morning. Luckily we left early. Note: the housekeepers were very respectful and helpful be did their best to make our stay manageable.

1.The pillows were hardest one. 2.Geyser was time bound . 3. No wifi for rooms and no local network. 4. TV remote not provided. 5. No Laundry service. 6. No toilet paper. 7. Very few breakfast optins and food was pathetic. 8. Served soda water bottles at night in place of water bottle. 9. They changed 3500 for one room. I booked 2 rooms for four night. Total amount paid 27000. While complaining the MD was offering for a 1000 Rs discount which I refused. Later people told that hotel changes only 1500 Rs. 10. The MD Aaveg Malhotra was a fraud one who overcharged for 15000 Rs. as the restaurant service was also suspended. 11. Better to avoid the hotel.
