Auffallend sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl beim Empfang, Bar, wie auch beim Frühstück und Reinigungspersonal. Ausgezeichnet, gibt es sehr sehr selten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und vorallem auch ruhig. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht und der Weg zum Bahnhof für die Weiterfahrt ist sehr nahe. Somit ist das Hotel ausgezeichnet gelegen. In derselben Strasse hat es auch einige gute Restaurants. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch werde ich wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.

The location is great, take a little walk from Milano station. The room is big and breakfast is good.

Location: Very close to Central Station. Price: Reasonable when comparing with 4-star hotels around Hotel - The hotel outside looks old fashioned, but luckily inside looks fine. Similarly, the hotel room inside looks old fashioned, but big enough and reasonably clean. - Water pressure in bathroom is great - Fairly noisy since the window is towards the street. - Annex Double Room is opposite to hotel so it does not reception but the security looks good to me

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It’s 8 mins walk to the Central Station, very convenient location

It is near restaurants, central railway station, mini Mart and metro station. Good location. Did not try the breakfast. The toilet sliding glass door always slides open and I have to block the door with an object. Try to call reception from the phone in the room but never get through.

My room is on the high floor. The opposite is a bar, very noisy up to 2:00am in the morning. Breakfast is ok, basic.. The lift is very small. It is not far from the bus station and the train, this is the reason for me to book for 2 nights because I arrived at almost midnight.. However, if I arrive early, I'll go for another one. But if you need to be close to the train station then it is one option.

The hotel is a well known and well established old hotel...the carpet is quite old and dirty but inside the room is good and acceptable. Breakfast is tasty,healthy and good. Hotel location to the Milan central train station is just a short 10 minutes walk...and it is easily located and the hotel have a very prominent sign "Berna" in bold red. A good Italian restaurant is just nearby..I tried it is good and value for money.Very popular indeed. Metro train is also nearby. Please try it.

Not a favourable experience. Bald guy at reception was not friendly, only the lady staff at reception was helpful and friendly. They had two buildings and we stayed in the three stars one across the street. Some parts of the building we stayed in was still under renovation... Understand that there is no Aircon but the fan wasn't working so we had to open the windows. There was bugs flying in the room during sleeping and we got bitten quite badly. After reporting to the bald guy the reply is dismissive with a simple “thanks for the feedback". Poor service and stay.
