The location was very convenient and central but the service was bad because it was hard to find someone to help us late at night and we had to wait overall it’s a good hotel to sleep and shower they also have beach towels! but don’t expect anything more

Nice and quiet boutique hotel, area is great, check in next door at La Flora
Wir waren 2 Nächte und hatten ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und Sofabed gebucht. Ich schrieb extra noch in die Buchung: 'Please prepare sofabed'. Leider war es nicht vorbereitet zum Schlafen. Die Checkin Dame hat uns widerwillig Bettzeugs in die Hand gedrückt. Wir haben sie beim spielen mit dem Smartphone und Chips essen gestört. Als wir draufkamen, dass das Leintuch immer noch fehlt hat sie uns das mit sehr vorwurfsvollen Blicken ausgehändigt. Zwischenreinigung fehlt auch. Das ist ungut nach einem Strandbesuch. Zudem muss man sich dann Toilettenpapier besorgen. Lage gut. Service schlecht.

The hotel entry was by key card- there was rarely, if ever, anyone at the desk. 24 hour attended front desk meant at another hotel a few doors away! The room was gloomy, the tv was i phone operated, there was no chest of drawers in the room, only something shoved into the closet. Do not stay here. Most importantly, sleep was impossible due to a club to the rear of the building on the street parallel to this one. The booming vibrations started around 11 PM and did not stop until 5 AM. I endured two nights of this until I insisted on moving to another hotel in the chain which was quite a bit less expensive although further from the beach. They assured me I would be refunded the difference and receive one free night. Upon returning home I tried to insure this refund , making making many phone calls to management who did not know anything about this and refused to do anything. Finally I enlisted my credit card company and they got me the refund.

The room is great and clean. The styling of the whole building is really classical and nice. I cannot thank enough to Michael from the staff as he helped me with everything! Overall I highly recommend this place if you are going to stay in South Beach for a while

We didn't complain on entering our room (stayed 1 night, #203 on 2-11-24, my birthday). In the AM, we did leave a note with and spoke to the front desk (which serves 3 hotels, so just a worker without a lot of loyalty) on the following problems. In summary, this room needs professional maintenance, including a plumber. 1) The TV worked briefly at check in, but didn't work later that evening when we returned, nor did it work in the AM just before we left. The on tv message was: "no service" or somewhat like that. 2) The towel bar in the bathroom was not attached to the wall properly, and fell off. 3) The toilet did not flush. I have some experience and found the flap (in the tank) was "limp" and would collapse when the tank was half filled, thus the tank water merely spilled into the bowl. The flap may be an inadequate prior replacement. But, the entire mechanism should be replaced. I was able to hold the flap (my arm underwater) until the tank nearly filled, then let go to get a flush when needed. 4) A plumber should be hired to do this...because he will also have to replace the water valve that supplies the tank...because it does NOT shut off regardless how tight it is turned off...indeed it leaks onto the floor when tightly shut off...thus we left it just nearly shut off, which stopped the leak, but of course, the water is constantly running. We closed the bathroom door to avoid the noise. 5) We found the room clean and tidy, but after you pass the very nice cafe/tables, the entrance, which is on the right of the left side of the building, is quite dirty. That's it... The hotel and room is otherwise very well located 1 street from the beach, a "boutique" place (40's-50's vibe) and charming looking. If someone wants to rebate the room cost, I'd be happy; and I would update my google and other reviews.

Although it had some rustic charm it was not very nice and lacked creature comforts. There's no elevator so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs. No ice machine. Tiny room. View of a wall. The TV didn't work and when we asked the front desk we were told "if it's not working the Internet is being updated" but he had no idea what was going on and said he couldn't help. This was at 11 pm. The WiFi worked fine by the way. Anyway not worth the money. The bathroom sink was interesting.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from this hotel. I legitimately cancelled my booking more than two months ago and have still not received the refund promised and owed to me. I am also not receiving answers to my emails and it is hard to phone internationally. Very poor form.

I made a reservation by booking. I must cancel my reservation. The policy allows to me to cancel without penalty . Well the hotel take the total amount in advance from my card. After that not response. Just booking help me and reimblose the money. Avoid is a scam

The hotels location is excellent with many restaurants, bars, and the beach nearby. The interior is just like in the pictures and very beautiful. The personnel was very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has been treating me very well at the front desk when mike is here everything runs smooth . They make sure I get every thing I need when I need it . My room is very clean and have plenty of space ….I want to thank mike for everything!

Mike was excellent at serving my friends and I at our stay in the impala. Great service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend that if you are in Miami you do aswell. Beach is close by also.

We’ve been in Miami Beach at the hotel Impala in the grand suite for our honeymoon. The grand suite is really huge, nice and comfortable, with a nice balcony, with a view on the city Collins Avenue. Under the hotel there is a good Italian restaurant which is the Corallo. At the end of our journey, we met Michael at the reception of the hotel who was really friendly, welcoming and helpfully, he helped us for the luggages, and for 2 other fridge things that we had. Well done Michael, nice job boy!!! Thanks.
