Der Service in diesem Hotel ist schrecklich. Die Begleiterin Lili ist unhöflich. Ich war schon mehrere Male in diesem Hotel und die Einstellung des Hotelpersonals war immer so. Sie sagt ihren Gästen nicht einmal einen guten Morgen. Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht.

Das Hotel berechnet „Resort“ einen kostenlosen Betrag von 33 USD pro Person und Tag. Kein Wert! Hässlich, auch einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Der Hotelaufenthalt war gut, der Big Bus-Tourbus holte uns im vorderen Bereich des Hotels ab. Es war schwierig, auf der Straße einen Parkplatz zu finden. Ich wurde zu einem Parkplatz für 8 $/Nacht verwiesen, den wir nutzten, anstatt 3 $/Nacht zu zahlen. Ich ging zum Essbereich unten, konnte den Aufzug zunächst nicht in Bewegung setzen, da auf der Türverkleidung des Aufzugs LLR, LR, L und eine weitere Abkürzung standen. In Miami wird viel gehupt. Ich dachte, die Geschäfte in Little Havana wären nicht bereit, Touristen die Benutzung der Toiletten zu gestatten. Schließlich ging ich zum Friseurladen, wo ich sofort die Toilette benutzen durfte

It’s definitely an older hotel. We were in room 1004. It’s quiet near the emergency stairs. It seems like it was recently updated. Outdoor bar is ready for an update! The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on in years.

Rude front desk lady, problem with booking, beds were very comfortable but the elevator was broken half the time, no free breakfast like advertised, Janky fire alarm at 3am the first night. But great location and price isn’t bad.

The oceanfront room we had on the 10th floor was amazing! The room was clean, fresh, ready to go for us even though we were about 5 hrs early for check in. The view was great! The sunrise from the room was beautiful.

Check-in/checkout was smooth, staff was excellent (as my youngest child noted: everyone that works here is really nice). Room had city view, was clean and serviced daily, had two double (full size) beds, plenty of towels, and basic mini amenities. Hotel has one restaurant/bar that serves breakfast by menu or buffet style. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. Will it benefit from a renovation overhaul? Yes.

The hotel is old and only the lobby has been kept updated. Once you get on the elevator and go to your room the condition is apparent. Old, neglected and in some areas potentially unhealthy ( mold). The room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and even had a used water bottle positioned in place next to the complimentary water bottle (not even the same brand). The basement kitchen breakfast area that was a buffet, wasn’t even recent the staff. The suggested we go to Holiday Inn down the street where we could get a 20% discount. We opted to eat there and regretted that $50 mistake as soon as we committed to eating there. (Advertised as $40 but after taxes and tip which was automatically added it was just over $50. I understand it is near the beach, but for $300+ per night, it was not accessible for those using a scooter and was difficult for someone using a cane. We will choose elsewhere on our next visit to Miami.

It looked nothing like the pictures online. The dining and outside bar areas are deceptive online. The carpet in the rooms are old and stained. It smells old and stale and musty in the rooms and there was something that made my nose bleed every day I was there. I have never had that happen. it doesn’t happen at home or anywhere else. I really wished I could have stayed somewhere else. It was not comfortable at all.

Ocean View from the room, nice pool w sun before 2 and after 4...shade from 2 to 4, reasonable prices and good food at the restaurant bar open late, close parking, central location, ocean boardwalk for strolling, pleasant staff, great maid service, clean. Places stay open late.

Terrible service. I booked the ******* “pay at hotel” Option, the day of my stay I get a call from the hotel saying if I don’t pay ahead of time the manager will cancel my booking. ON VALENTINES DAY. So of course we pay over the phone before arriving. Upon arrival, they tell us that our “ocean view” room isn’t actually ocean view. It’s a city view. I felt very scammed.

Excellent location, right on the boardwalk, very close to the Fauntainbleu, rooms have been remodeled, stafff is responsive and friendly. On the down side - room windows don’t open, the showers aren’t updated and feel like motel level quality even though the rest of the bathroom is updated. Overall a budget friendly option for an unbeatable location on the boardwalk.
