Everything was gorgeous and exceptional. It all felt very intentional and purposeful. I enjoyed the canteen and living spaces most.

Perfect if you are on a business trip and need a nice, clean place to stay with great wifi and exceptional staff.

Hotel was great very nice clean the staff was friendly and always willing to help Mecca was amazing she needs a raise or a promotion

Let's be clear: This is a POD HOTEL. For some reason I did not realize that when I booked this hotel. I am a seasoned traveler not y first rodeo, but whether it was my user error and I didn't look closely enough at the photos, or the description of the property wasn't clear, I was SHOCKED to open my hotel room door and find the bathroom sink front & center and the toilet in the shower. While this whole hotel is new, it felt like attention was paid too much on things that didn't matter - too much tech and too little human interaction. There is an unstaffed front desk - guests check themselves in which is fine if it wasn't confusing where the front desk is or if you're trying to check in early. ( I wasn't the only person who thought this was strange.) You can't shut off the air in your room at al so if you're like me and got a room with a clunky AC, you're SOL on getting a good night's sleep. Need to iron something? The description in the iPad says "go to ironing heaven" - but like what does that mean??? I had to call the "front desk" to ask where is the iron? Apparently there's an ironing room on every floor - why not just say that? What a waste of time. Notwithstanding all of these oddities, the people who work here are really nice and the breakfast and coffee are super tasty. I just feel like overall, the language around EVERYTHING needs to be much more clear and normal. I won't be staying here again - too confusing, not a relaxing hotel experience, and frankly I don't feel like it was as advertised.

pros - location - nice reception with place to work - new - clean - staff at arrival was nice - ipad control - nice bed - not so noisy - big tv with phone integration cons - super tiny room- like, minimal - shower won't heat , COLD SHOWER - shower very weak water - no privacy in the bathroom that is inside the room if u r with someone - other staff not so nice later on - very cheesy decor everywhere - elevator slow - not so close to the beach

I enjoyed the comfort, the cleanliness, the kind hotel employees. I will definitely come back and tell my friends and family about it.

Honestly an amazing team, so professional, so courteous, so kind and so wonderful to me and my mother. Had an incredible time in Bostons Back Bay hotel and the staff really made it amazing. Julian was wonderful, you could see him really watch the floor and help those that needed it - and as a person that works in a customer facing job role I can understand how hectic this can be and how crucial a person like him is. Jessica was also wonderful, she was incredible on the bar took enough time to help me with a situation and was also super aware of those still around her to be served. This was really great, watching her work ethic was inspiring. I would like to say that every single person working there was incredible from staff members whose names we didn’t catch, to the cleaning service. 11/10 and we will absolutely be back.

Amazing hotel! The bed is the best. The art, the people, the bar, the view, the location, the vibes. All the best! I will come back as soon as I am back in this beautiful city. The common areas are also great, you can work from there super well. Breakfast is highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, staff are fantastic very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool. Pizzas are also very nice.
