Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

FFraserDas ist mein 4th mal im Hotel und weitaus das schlimmste. Das Zimmer war von weit geringerer Qualität als meine letzten 3 Aufenthalte. Wahrscheinlich würde nicht wieder auf dieser Grundlage bleiben. Der Preis für das, was ich bekam, war extrem enttäuschend, wenn es üblicherweise fantastisch ist

GGuest UserDas Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage, ein paar Blöcke von der Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab eine Wanderdusche im Badezimmer. Eine schöne Ce-Upgrade wäre, USB-Porten am Nachtstuhl zu haben.
Meine Frage ist mit Trip.com. Ich habe im Voraus für 3 Zimmer bezahlt - ein für mich und ein für zwei Freunde. Als ich die Zimmer buchte, habe ich jeden von uns auf dem Online-Formular getrennt aufgelistet. Ich habe meine Bestätigung per E-Mail erhalten und glaubte, dass meine Freunde das getan haben. Als wir das Hotel angekommen waren, meldete ich mich ohne Aussprache ein, aber als meine Freunde versuchten, wurde ihnen gesagt, dass es keine Reservierung für sie gab. Dies trotz der Tatsache, dass ich mit Kreditkarte für alle drei Zimmer für eine Transaktion gezahlt hatte. Ein Anruf an Trips.com machte nichts, um die Situation zu korrigieren. Die Buchungsnummer, die ich ihnen gab, hatte nur mein Zimmer aufgelistet.
Meine einzige Option ist jetzt, die Gebühr zu bestreiten, sobald meine Kreditkartenerklärung ankommt.

We got three versions of confirmed dates (the last one correct) did not get clarification as to whether our room included breakfast. When we arrived, we were given different responses to our question about whether breakfast was included on three occasions. We are fine with paying extra, but would have liked to have know whether to eat in or elsewhere. The restaurant was a weak spot with slow service, and no red wines available by the glass on our second visit. The waitperson said it was due to Xmas, but it seems quite surprising for this level of hotel to run out of red wine options four days after the holiday. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, the location and the rooftop brunch on our last day were great. Please work on your service and communication to guests

Es ist kein Hotel so offensichtlich der Service ist völlig anders als Sie erwarten Für Reinigung und? Gesamtausstattung.. Aber es ist völlig ok für eine gute Nacht Schlaf und eine bequeme, sichere und schöne Lage zu bleiben.
Wollen sie PayPal etwas Aufmerksamkeit auf Details, zum Beispiel in trio.com? app es sagt, dass das Zimmer ein? Balkon hatte und als wir ankamen, hatten wir nicht einmal Fenster.
Wir waren aus einer langen Reise nicht zu Problemen gekommen, aber das hätte früher empfohlen werden können.
Wir waren zwei Menschen, aber nur eine Handtuch, so dass es eine Unannehmlichkeit war, die wahrscheinlich hätten von der Verwaltung vermieden werden könnten, würde einen Geburtstag mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Buchungen.
Insgesamt OK Aufenthalt für eine Nacht-Stop-over in Mexiko Stadt.

GGuest UserWährend dieses Hotel ästhetisch angenehm und in einer guten Lage für relativ einfachen Zugang zu vielen touristischen Orten war, waren die Einrichtungen, Service und Betrieb absolut schrecklich! Die Sprachbarriere war auch sehr schwierig und man würde denken, dass dies so heiß ist, dass sie Personal fließend in Englisch für Touristen haben. Ich wurde gesagt, das Hotel hatte einen englischsprachigen Konzern, der mich mit Fragen zum Transport usw. leiten könnte, und das war nicht der Fall. Tag 1: - Sprachbarriere machte unnötig anspruchsvolle Eincheckung - Sprachbarriere machte unmöglich, uns mit unseren gewünschten Touren zu helfen, dankbar hatten wir einen Backup-Plan und hatten Informationen für uns sammelt - Bikes wie angekündigt waren nicht Verfügbar bei allen, zu keinem Zeitpunkt während unseres Aufenthalts und pro Gäste, die eine Woche vor der Ankunft waren die Fahrräder nicht verfügbar waren (aus für Reparaturen & nicht verfügbar der ganze Aufenthalt)...Dies war die Transportmethode, die wir geplant hatten, mit AND zu bedienen, hätte angeblich Reserviert für den Nachmittag unserer Ankunft, so dass wir die Pläne ändern müssen - Mein erstes Abend im Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und mein Zimmer war SCORCHING! Ich habe alle 1 - 1.5 Stunden um Hilfe gebeten, und obwohl sie es fernsteuern können, konnten sie es nicht arbeiten ....I konnte nur etwa 3 Stunden ausruhen und wach mit einer Migräne und Überlastung. Die junge Frau am Frontbüro tat alles, was sie konnte, um das Thema zu kommunizieren und tatsächlich entschuldigt, dass ich krank war, aber sie war nicht erfolgreich in ihren Versuch, 'Der Manager' zu erreichen, wie sie sagte, 'Der Manager' Ich würde nicht zurückrufen, die gemacht wurden, um mit mir zu reden - das machte mich letztendlich zu spät für unsere Tour/Lunchreservierung wegen Versuche, die Situation zu beheben. Nach der Rückkehr für den Nachmittag wurde mir gesagt, dass die A/C fixiert war. Als ich ins Zimmer kam, fand ich es kalt und versuchte, die Einheit zu löschen, die Frontbüro-Personal KEPT, die sie zurückdrehen, auch nach Versuche, ihnen zu helfen, zu verstehen, dass die Temperatur noch nicht innerhalb des Zimmers kontrolliert wurde, damit konnte ich wahrscheinlich 4-5 Stunden Schlaf bekommen und meine Kälte/Kongestion schlimmer .....und sie sagten, es gab keinen Raum, um mich zu bewegen All das sagte, ich habe meine Beschwerde in die Buchungsagentur und Hotel Corp Office, aber ich schreibe diese Bewertung, um jemanden zu warnen über ihren Aufenthalt in City Centro Ciudad de México

SStefanThis is my second 1-night stay in this hotel in the last 7 days - both in order to get some sleep after long-haul flights before continuing for the next one. For this purpose the hotel is OK. Simple but clean and having everything one needs for 7-8 hours, including a very convenient check-out time of 1pm, which, to be honest, is something unique, especially in the last years when they are trying to move the check-out time first to 11, then to 10, and I’ve seen even 9am somewhere! So far, so good. The little problem I bumped into at check-out, was that this hotel is also unique with the fact that it doesn’t have either a luggage storage facility, not an organization to store guests’ luggage when they fly out later in the day. After I tried to insist (because I’m 100% sure even 2-star hotels have such places, and this is even rated as 4* in some places), they offered me to leave my bags near the reception, in a dark and completely unsecured place behind some counter. A place everybody could walk in and nobody will see. Go and prove you had a bag with things important to you, if on return you don’t find you stuff there. And having in mind this it not the best part of the city, I couldn’t take the risk, so I had to waste time to go to a special paid luggage storage company. I actually even offered Hotel Seoul money to put my bag in a safe location, but they refused. So the third time, if I have to fly late in the day, I’ll surely look for a hotel with a better service in this aspect, Which is a pity, because this one offers everything one needs for some rest during a long layover. For longer stays I wouldn’t recommend staying there, because the rooms are a bit dark and even a bit cold at night. But for a single night stay it’s great. Including the very good WiFi.

GGuest UserWir waren drei Nächte in diesem Hotel, während wir die Stadt Mexiko besuchten. Wir buchten auf Buchung, die ihn als 5-Sterne-Hotel markierte, die gleichen markierten vor Ort waren 4. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, voller Fliesen. Die Sitzbeläge waren wahrscheinlich nicht seit 1600 gewaschen. Das Personal war nichts verfügbar. Wir haben einen Haartelefon an der Rezeption gefragt (die Zimmer sind nicht verfügbar), sie haben uns gesagt, dass sie es zu diesem Zeitpunkt verwendet und nach kurzem wieder zu fragen. Wir sind 3 Mal wieder auf der Rezeption, aber dieses Telefon war nicht trackbar. Wir haben daher gefragt, dass sie uns anrufen, wenn es verfügbar war ...beh ist nie gekommen!! Für den gesamten Aufenthalt konnten wir nicht die Haare hinzufügen. Ein einziger Haartrockner für 200 Zimmer ist nicht genug, aber wir haben auch einen Morgen in Hotels Kolazkone gemacht und die verwendeten Schranken waren schmutzig, vor allem die Kaffeetassen. Die einzige positive Bemerkung war die freundlichkeit des Küchenpersonals und der Mitarbeiter der Toiletten. Natürlich nicht der Personen auf der Rezeption. Wenn Sie denken, nach Mexiko City zu gehen, vermeiden Sie dieses Hotel.
