Zusammenfassende Beschreibung des Hotelzimmers, insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das einzig schlechte ist, dass die gesamte Gepäckaufbewahrung im Hotel kostenlos ist und diese Rezeption privat 500 Pesos berechnet, was sich am Ende schlecht anfühlt.

We bought the additional for breakfast but it doesn't worth the money. There are café around the hotel with better quality and maybe cheaper. The hotel was clean but the staff at front desk failed to provide any information that we requested like restaurante recommendation near by or even bus stop to go somewhere, Google maps bus stop was wrong all times.

My room was given to someone else. Here I am in the lobby waiting, at 1 in the morning, for a room I paid for. Unbelievable

Front people are so nice and kind. They always tried to help me out for my trip, also provided nice and kind service

Pros Hotel location is close to many attractions and feels safe. Price isnt terrible. Friendly staff. Cons The one elevator broke twice in 6 days. The staff ignored requests for pots and pans and a heater. Had to call multiple times for an extra blanket. Shower was missing a door so the floor always was wet. Hotel is on the main street, lots of traffic and traffic noise ALL night.

10 day stay. 10 days too long. Hotel sways/shakes. We thought it was an earthquake at first, but no. The single elevator was out of service for an entire day. Up/down the stairs to our room on floor 9. Better be in shape for that. Breakfast was ONE pancake & 5 thin slices of fruit, warm water with a couple drops of color added to make it pass for coffee. Just scroll through & do yourself a favour when looking for places to stay. There are FAR BETTER hotels for the same price.

It was a great staying. Places are at a walking distance. Área it is very safe to walk at any time. Staff is very friendly and willing to help you with any needs you will have.
