Hotel Fontan Reforma Centro Historico Bewertungen

What can I say? My stay wasn’t good but not terrible either. At first my room look pretty good like the image I had seen on *******. As I started exploring the room I realized the bed was a cement base with a mattress on top. I wasn’t expecting it for a “nice” hotel like this one. I must say that even though I booked on ******* this room wasn’t cheap. Then the bed sheets had old stains. That’s unacceptable. The shower curtain was dirty and then again I wonder, why are they using curtains in the shower in the first place. One night I arrived at around 11 pm and when I asked where could I buy water I was told by a guy at the reception that the hotel was eco friendly and they didn’t have water bottles but that in every floor there was a water fountain. Well, the water fountain in the floor my room was just a container with a lid that everyone could remove. Again, unacceptable. Another issue was when I called them to get another towel because the one that was in the room was dirty before I even got the room and they just never showed up with my towel. I could have booked a better hotel.
