Auch oben auf einem Mall sitzt, mit Supermarkt und ist neben einem Riesen Wal-Mart. Das Hotel ist auf der Autobahn zum Flughafen. +Sehr sauber. Die Mädels waren freundlich und hart arbeiten. Der Ort ist spotless und sauber! + Ruhe. Ich war auf der oberen Etage und hörte Null Lärm von Nachbarn oder der Straße. + Preis. Der Preis war hervorragend als häufiger Gast von Fiesta Rewards. (-) Das Zimmer ist sauber. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank (daher keine Lagerung für den Supermarkt im Kaufhaus). Eis, Glas, Tassen, sind alle auf Anfrage und müssen geliefert werden. (-) Hauptprobleme mit der Klimaanlage. Das Fenster öffnet sich nicht, so müssen Sie auf A/C 100% verlassen. Das Problem ist, dass der zentrale Klimaanlage nicht kalt wird. Es wird nur cool. Ich musste auf dem Bett schlafen, und der Hotelingenieur würde es nicht reparieren. Selbst wenn es in der Nacht cool ist, werden Sie warm sein, da Sie das Fenster nicht öffnen können und das Hotel A/C ist begrenzt. Das Hotel sollte mehr Kühlgeräte 24/7 laufen.

Was ich von diesem Hotel mag ist, dass es einfach, aber sehr komfortabel ist, der Preis scheint mir sehr gut und ist sehr nahe dem Krieger-Metro und Busbahnhof, die Sie in 5 Minuten nach dem Zentrum der Stadt, Die Zimmer sind zwar grundlegend, aber sauber und komfortabel, das einzige, was ich ihnen machen würde, ist, dass der Kühlschrank etwas niedrig ist und für die wir ein bisschen höher sind, es ist unangenehm, aber die Situation wird gerettet, wenn sie sich versteckt.

The hotel was modern and attractive with bilingual staff and full service breakfast. It was walking distance to public transit and the historical district. The area gets a little shady at night, but that is to be expected. During the day it is totally fine. We really liked the sliding wall panel that acts as a blackout shade and helps with street noise a little. The shower was nice and hot, bed was a bit firm, and linens were nice. The HVAC system was loud but worked great at drowning out any noise. We added the optional breakfast ($1 USD total through Expedia) and it was the Revolucion breakfast for 2 ($150 MXN ~ $8 USD each at the hotel) which included juice or fruit, coffee or tea, toast, and your choice of eggs with beans, enchiladas, or pancakes.

Ich habe meine Punkte für diesen Aufenthalt verwendet, aber die Preise einschließlich dynamischer Punkte waren niedrig machen dieses Hotel für Geld oder Punkte in meinem Fall. Als Diamond Elite-Mitglied wurde ich auf eine Suite nicht erwartet, sondern geschätzt. Excelente servicio por parte de todo el Staff del hotel, la recepcionista muy atenta y en todo momento dando los detalles sobre nuestro alojamiento, el desayuno incluido muy rico y sobre todo el trato del Sr. Armando que fue excelente en todo momento, muy amable, atento y servicial, gracias a personas cómo él, hacen la estancia muy amena, recomiendo muchísimo Hotel City Express La Villa!

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.
