Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Der Parkplatz befindet sich unterhalb des Hotels. Auch die sanitäre Umgebung ist gut! Ausstattung: Der Aufzug ist sehr klein. Umgebung: OK! Service: Die Serviceeinstellung ist sehr gut! !

Das Bettlacken war schmutzig - die Rezeptionistin heillos mit allem überfordert - Englisch, Deutsch keine Chance rein französischer und hier nur wenig Einfühlungsvermögen - Hotel runtergekommen - Ersatzleintuch dann nur für ein Singlebett - alles leicht versifft auf jeden Fall für diese Qualität absolut überteuert

The hotel is being taken over by Best Western and a major revamp is planned… until this is completed I wouldn’t stay here. The rooms are very tired - we had mould in the bathroom. There is no aircon - open the window for air and you will get loud street noise all night…. Open the window fully and you won’t be able to open the toilet door. If this was priced as a Formula 1 hotel you might live with the very poor conditions but you can do MUCH better in Metz for the same money….

Arrived early and was greeted by a lovely festive reception and staff who immediately offered to look after my baggage until a room was available. When check in came it was so easy, no problems at all and quickly off to a functional and well-equipped room. This is an old building but that is not a criticism, just context if you are expecting large rooms etc but if you want enough space, every amenity you would want for a couple of days and a cozy sanctuary at the end of the day this is a great location. It is across the street from the train station, easy to get to and easy to get to the center of the town and the attractions - it just felt like staying in a large home - nothing over-the-top but clean, well maintained and everything you would need, including friendly and helpful staff - I enjoyed my stay here.

Great stay here! Everybody was so lovely, and no hesitation to accommodate all of our needs, even offering to seat us elsewhere at breakfast and helping with suggestions to make our stay better! I absolutely recommend this accommodation for your next visit to Metz!

Excellent! We had train delays coming out of Paris to Luxemburg. We ended up in Metz, late, thirsty and needing a place to stay. We chose the Best Western. What a great choice! We were promply greated, quickly checked in and offered refreshments ... even at this late hour. Our room was very clean, comfortable and eco-friendly. We will return. Thanks for a great experience after a terrible train experience.

After a long day driving we booked an overnight stay with breakfast. Just had dinner in the restaurant an it was without question one of the worst meals I have ever had in a 4 star hotel. It was that bad, I would be fully justified in not paying for it. We complained at the desk, but nobody was available to deal with a complaint. We have now cancelled breakfast and will eat in a service station where the quality would be much better

Great value and proximity to the Metz cathedral. Convenient if you have a car.
