The worst hotel we stayed in while traveling Spain. This is a high rise hotel with two elevators that operated poorly, you would need to be ready a full 15 minutes early to make to the lobby. There was zero decoration on any of the floors, our room was stark, the lobby looked bare and awful with two non working vending machines. If you stood and waited on the elevator the hall would go dark within 60 seconds, and the stairwells looked like they came from a parking garage. Breakfast was the worst breakfast buffet we had on our entire 18 day trip. I really have no good things to report about this hotel.

This was a great hotel. Clean and tidy with a basic correct breakfast not much else you can really ask for. The only let down was the last day with lift issues. But this is what happens when they work with mundiplan o mundosenior. Staff where always very pleasant. Use your bank card for the metro much cheaper

Poorly maintained hotel. Room had no soap or shower gel & only one glass for room booked for two. Air conditioner only worked with fan on high & was extremely noisy. Requested soap & glass from reception was told to ask house keeping next day. Not at all helpful or polite. Only one elevator was working & wouldn’t come down to ground floor in the evening. Was told to walk up to second floor & get it there. Walked up to second floor to find door to restaurant area locked, attempted to return to ground floor & all lighting in stair well went out. Definitely not four star - two at best.

2 lights not working. Shower head too high for my wife to reach. They left us with someone else’s toilet paper. No tray to put our toiletries in the shower area. Tiles are very slippery. Raise platform in shower caused me to trip and knocked my head on the door. The blanket was a terrible looking white cover. Food was terrible. Truly disappointed with such Low standards. Thankfully we stayed for a night only. Pillow was so flat and only 1pc each. Card key was only 1pc. If 2 friends staying for a holiday how? Who’s going to keep the key. They truly need to get someone with experience to revamp the whole hotel, if not it’s going to be left with Low guests.

Very reasonable price, located in suburb near Metro with direct connection to center, also shopping mall and park nearby. Big free parking. Good WiFi and breakfast. Staff really helpful and caring about my needs, suggested excellent place for hanging out.

No tiréis vuestro dinero contratando el desayuno. 14 euros es un precio excesivo para lo que ofrece. Poca variedad y calidad regular y lo anuncian como delicioso buffet cuando no es cierto. Por ese precio, desayunáis dos personas en cualquier cafetería a vuestro gusto y más calidad y aún os sobra dinero. Incluso el último día, a las 7:30 fue mi marido a desayunar porque se tenía que ir a trabajar y aún no habían puesto el desayuno cuando se supone que comienza a esa hora. Abrieron a prisas y carreras y si ya de normal hay poco, aún había todavía menos. En la habitación, la nevera no enfría nada, está de adorno. La calefacción no se puede regular bien y hasta había una gotera en el techo. La luz del baño es muy tenue. Las almohadas son un poco gordas. Un punto positivo es que tienes la estación del metro al lado y en pocos minutos te plantas en el centro de Sevilla, por muy poco dinero.
