I have stayed at il Galleone this summer together with my family the nights before and after my wedding. Il Galleone is conveniently located in the historical city centre, a stone away from the Duomo/Cathedral square. Everything is literally at walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat in the elegant and peaceful neighbourhood. The rooms are well equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, hairdryer, fresh towels, toiletries etc.. They are very nicely decorated and elegant, so they suited perfectly the wedding pictures. The breakfast is kindly provided in the communal room where coffee facilities and pastries are served every morning. A special voucher is offered in addition to this for the very first morning when one can opt to have breakfast in one of the two historical coffee places located in the Cathedral Square, literally 100 metres from the Galleone. Such a bonus! Antonella and Rosario were perfect hosts (at times they felt like family), so welcoming and catering all the demanding needs a bride can have, always supportive and understanding. They went out of their way to make my family have the best experience possible during our stay and I will eternally be grateful to them for this. I highly recommend the Galleone to everyone who needs to be in Messina either for work or leisure. It's a special place run by very amazing people: You will feel like Home! Thank you so much!

Although I was not given the room I expected and booked, altogether the hotel seems to be good value, if one is willing to stay outside of the city centre (the hotel is a 20-25 minute walk away from the station, cathedral, and shopping area of Messina; there is a tram available to Messina Centrale station, but it runs every 20 minutes or so only) and does not mind a somewhat dated decor and amenities. Whereas the public areas of the hotel looked nice, the room was dark (window blinds could not be opened fully) and the doors were scratched. Especially unpleasant were the knobby pillows which seemed decades old. Breakfast options were very limited, with hardly any food suitable for health-conscious guests.

Interessante und zentrale Lage.Vollständiges Zimmer mit Komfort, auch wenn ein zusätzlicher Kuchen nicht schlecht war.Gut empfangen mit Kaffee, Süßigkeiten etc... Eine Sünde zu berichten ist das Fehlen von Privatsphäre zwischen Dusche und WC mit dem Zimmer, weil Abgegrenzt durch transparente Glass. Alles zusammen, wir werden zurückkommen.

Ich hatte die Freude, den großen Salon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Messina-Strecke zu nutzen, um den zehnten Geburtstag meiner Tochter auf neue und alternative Weise zu feiern. Neben der Schönheit der gepflegten Räume im Detail, habe ich eine gewaltige Freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit von den Eigentümern gefunden, immer bereit, alle unsere Anfrage zu akzeptieren! hervorragende Catering mit frischem und echtem Essen. stark empfohlen !!!

La posizione ed ottima. Ci aspettavamo una villa d'epoca, invece è una villa di recente costruzione. La vista è direttamente wullo stretto dai balconi delle camere. Tutte attrezzate con aria condizionata, molto ampie. La sala da bagno , il sogno d imolti : enorme con vasca idromassaggio vista mare. Accogliente la padrona di casa. Alcune note , doverose per miglioramento. L'ingresso alla villa con l'auto è abbastanza angusto e non si è certi di esser nel luogo giusto, anzi. La presenza dell'auto all'imbocco, ci ha fatto desistere piu' volte pensando davvero che il navigatore avesse errato. Purtroppo è l'auto della signora, da rottamate ahinoi. Altra nota è la colazione: troppi prodotti confezionati invece di qualcosa di caratteristico, italiani e stranieri apprezzano la veracità della colazione e non l'omologazione. E' pero' stato possibile chiedere delle uova strapazzate in alternativa alla colazione dolce. La signora e la brava collaboratrice sapranno certamente implementare i suggerimenti.

Alles über unseren Aufenthalt hier war angenehm, vor allem unser Gastgeber Piero. Er war freundlich und hilfreich zu jeder Zeit, immer bereit, uns mit allem zu helfen, was wir brauchen oder wissen wollten. Die Zimmer waren schön, immer sauber, und alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr kompetente. Ich kann Domus Nova nicht empfehlen genug und würde absolut hier wieder bleiben.

Hotel is very central to the shops and Resturants , for parking they have a garage in another street that they will guide to find the garage just one road down easy to find you have to pay €20 but it’s worth it , becuse in the area there is no parking spaces or you have to be lucky to find one becuse it’s too busy, breakfast could be better for a 4 star hotel but and the AC needs a service becuse it wasn’t working well , above all it was ok

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Milazzo, mit einer bequemen Garage, die Sie die Zahlung des Parkplatzes auf der Straße und vielleicht auch einige Linien auf den Seiten angesichts der ”extrose” Fahrt der meisten Sizilien. Die Zimmer sind mit allen Komfort ausgestattet, von einem komfortablen Bett, TV, Schrank, um Kleidung, Glasglas, Bad mit Bidet und komfortable Dusche, Haartrockner und 3-Handtücher. Die Klimaanlage ist von hervorragender Qualität. Das Frühstück ist Buffet, so süß wie salzig, und es wird im Zimmer verbraucht. Von Traum Panzer bis zum Reinigen! Es ist zu beachten, dass das, was vom Frühstück vorankommt, den Gästen bis zum Abend für einen möglichen Schluck zur Verfügung gestellt wird, denn jeden Morgen kommt es. frische Produkte geliefert. Alles mit Domotik installiert von Santo. Ich würde sagen, tolle Struktur. Es war eine Freude, bei Ihnen zu bleiben.
