Hotel le Tremplin

My 5 nights ski trip to ‘les 3 vallées’ was made great through my stay at Le Tremplin. Great location just few minutes walk from the slopes, room are perfect size and very modern and nicely decorated. Only issue is way too many doors inside the room (maybe could lose the door leading towards the bedroom). Olga at the front desk was just amazing in helping me find everything I needed, she was welcoming, smiling, and made me feel very much at home. she went above and beyond in helping me find transfer to Lyon. Merci Olga for the nice daily chats and sincere recommendations. The ski shop Prosneige on site made it super easy and the guys there were very helpful in picking the best equipments and carrying it for me to the locker room located in the hotel with heater for ski boots and private lock through hotel key. Absolutely brilliant! I could wear my hotel slipper in and out of ski boots. Outdoor jacuzzi and pool were just a great environment and nice way to relax after a long skiing day. Breakfast at the hotel is well appointed and the staff were welcoming and smiling and accommodated my extra requests like almond milk and others. I totally recommend the hotel tremplin. I would suggest though making the lobby a little more cozy by adding a fireplace, and maybe rearranging the furniture, it looks very crowded as is and feels awkward to sit in it. Maybe open it up a bit and make it centered around a fireplace. One could hangout there for drinks if it was a bit more cozy.

This well located hotel has recently had an internal renovation and they have done a great job, it is very modern. The drying room with direct lift access makes coming and going very easy. Of an afternoon my mates and I enjoyed a swim in the heated pool before heading up to "Clive's place" for a few beers. Laura in reception deserves a special mention for being very helpful and friendly but then the whole staff are. The only downside to this property is it doesn't have it's own restaurant or full bar on premise.

INADMISSIBLE ,HONTEUX L’hotel a annulé ma réservation ,qui était payée depuis début février , quelques jours avant le mariage de ma fille et de mon gendre pour lesquels une chambre pour leur nuit de noces était réservée J’ai été prévenue par mail !! Aucune solution de relogement, aucune aide pour faire face à ce problème,aucun geste commercial , simplement l’hôtel ferme plus tôt que prévu
