Die Lage war super! Kostenlose Straßenbahn um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind groß und, obwohl etwas alt, gut gepflegt und sauber. Kaffee/Tee/Milch und ein Minikühlschrank helfen beim ersten Kaffee am Morgen. War im 6. Stock und hatte eine gute Aussicht. Werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Viele Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar!

The location of the hotel is good in CDB to Southern Cross Trian Station within 15 mins by free tram and 40 mins to Melbourne Airport by Skybus. The housekeeping service is provided every day but there is no teethbrush, I strongly recommend to bring it before check in.

Friendly staff, great location, just take about 8 mins walk to shopping mall or restaurants. If too lazy to go, you can also take tram (without cost in the free tram zone). Recommended!

I have stayed for 3 nights. Almost it is a perfect trip, however on the Saturday night there is very extremely noise from the adjacent club. We cannot sleep until 5 am. All are very nice, the room and reception. Thanks you all.

Good location with great service. However, there's a night club at downstairs. It's very hard to fall asleep at night. You almost can feel the building shaking.

Location of hotel was excellent and was in walking distance to multiple locations! Do note that the hotel has a club/bar below and it can get pretty loud on Fridays and Saturdays

Room is fit for 2 people, it look old and small bathroom but location is fine for walk to trams

They were nice to let us check in early. The room was cleaned daily and all amenities were working fine. But there was no tray or small space in the shower area to put the soap bars and shampoo bottles. There is a mini mart just beside the hotel but there are no pride tags for most of the food.

Upon entering you are greeted with a frown by reception staff. Then you are provided with a very average room that is clean enough but has terrible view, along mouldy grout and silicone in the bathroom. There is a large TV which is nice and a teeny tiny fridge, which came in handy! Don’t book on a Saturday night if you plan to sleep as there is a night club next door and the music started around 9pm to early hours of the morning, room is not soundproof but reception do give you earplugs if you want. Will I stay here again?… only if I’m desperate.

The hotel is located at a strategic location in the city, near to tram stops and bus stops to access to different areas of Melbourne. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Melbourne CBD.

Overall it was a good stay. Comfortable bed and downside is that the bed are not stable/locked down. Not sure those need quite sleep for the weekend due to the club next door. Near trams station.

The hotel was clean, and close to southern cross station. However the music from the club was terribly loud. We stayed on Saturday night and we could not sleep. The receptionist said the hotel was fully booked, only provided us the earplug, but it’s not useful. The music stopped at 0530, we had a terrible night there.

This was a horrible experience in this hotel. We stayed in this hotel on Saturday at night. Just like sleeping in a pub with very strong music. We totally couldn't sleep at night until early morning. Called the staff for help and rearrange another room for us. They said couldn't and the noise produced by the bar couldn't be controlled by them. I think this was the worst hotel in which we totally couldn't sleep well at night. So sad!
