Das Hotel liegt günstig, die Einrichtung eher altmodisch, die Zimmer relativ simpel. Die Vergitterung des Fensters zum Moscheeplatz ist unschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Das Frühstuck war in Ordnung, auch wenn die Atmosphäre nicht besonders schön war. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 1 oder 2 Nächten ist es hier aber vollkommen in Ordnung

My parents stayed here as part of their Umrah Trip it was selected by our travel agency and it was the BEST choice. Super friendly and helpful staff they changed their room to have the view of the Harem. Amazing view. Clean tidy room. Masjid Nabawi literally opposite walking distance and great food/ shops nearby overall excellent choice

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Avantages : proximité avec la grande mosquée, il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes. Il y a un parking gratuit. Les chambres sont correctes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et il y a du choix. Inconvénient : la personnel a la réception ne parlait pas anglais mais nous nous sommes tout de même compris. La cabine de douche ne fermait pas, mériterait un rafraichissement. Mais pour 2 nuits cet hôtel fait largement l'affaire. Nombreux petits commerces en bas de l'hôtel.

Ganz in der Nähe der Moschee, der Empfangsservice ist hervorragend, das Zimmer etwas klein, aber das Geld wert. Ich würde wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend, wir bekamen regelmäßig frische Handtücher und Toilettenartikel, insgesamt werde ich es empfehlen

This is an astonishing hotel. The food cooked by chef zanati is fabulous. It is quite a convenient hotel because it is quite close to the blessed masjid Al nabawi. The room service is really good at they fulfill your requirements. I would 100% recommend this hotel. If I am ever in medina again I would love to come here

One of the worst. Hygiene 0% , rooms upon check in was really not cleaned( example: there was hair on the bed, bathroom shower area had a blob of hair, W.C. not very clean) basically the entire room was not clean. Oh not to forget my friends room had a rotten apple behide a stand. And there is no Houskeeping staff to clean the room on daily basis. Next worst thing all equitments in the rooms is just for display. There is a telephone but not plugged, there is TV but no remote, wardrobe only 1 side is opening, the safe box is there but not working and i can go on. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel. But basic hygiene standard is not there 🙄 . Please do not book here. I stayed here because I had no choice and the other hotels were booked. Oh and 1 last thing, we did go to complain once but the security guy said there is no manager and he is the only one there( FYI that's in late night) being understanding we expected someone to come but no one came in our 2 night stay here. No one really cares, this hotel caters for group where no one has a choice in what hotel they are put into. Even when I checked the trip advisor now no comments from the hotel for the bad review, which only can mean they do not simply care (because its close masjid Nabawi that's their only advantage) If anyone is to book this hotel, I advice not to.

Gute, saubere und geräumige Suiten mit sehr gut ausgestattetem Personal. Sie haben eine Café im Lobby, wo Frühstück serviert wird, nicht in Form von Buffet, sondern man kann ein Frühstücksgericht bestellen, mit einem Getränk und Wasser (ein für jedes). 5-10 Minuten Fahrt nach Masjid-e-Nabawi mit Taxi, kosten Sie völlig nach Ihren Verhandlungskompetenzen. Al Rashed Mega Mall ist gerade über der Straße, aber die Straße ist so beschäftigt, Bitte denken Sie nicht einmal daran, sie direkt zu Fuß zu überqueren. Entweder nehmen Sie einen Taxi (sounds weinig) oder gehen Sie bis zum Kreuzgang und kommen Sie dann wieder ganz oben. Während meines 3-Nachts-Aufenthalts konnte ich nicht einmal dorthin gehen. Auf der hinteren Strecke, 10 Minuten zu Fuß, können Sie alle Restaurants wie Tazaj, Dominos, McDonalds usw. finden. Insgesamt, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, 20-30 Min. von Flughafen und Harmain Bahnhof.

Gutes Hotel in dieser Preisklasse im Vergleich zu anderen. Etwa 1 km Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt, gut war, dass sie einen Shuttlebusservice nach Masjid e Nabwi anboten. Nicht empfohlen für Personen, die mit Rollstuhl und Kinderwagen zu Fuß gehen möchten. Die Rezeption spricht Englisch. Empfohlen, wenn Sie nach einem fairen Preis suchen.

we went there during Ramadan and i know people will say the spiritual experience is more important but this is something i know i have to highlight as a warning to other pilgrims we were a party of 15 adults and kids arrived late at night we had booked 3 rooms when the receptionist and the porter said we could view the rooms first never done this in my life we went to see our room it was horrible so the porter offered us a different room not a upgrade as they are roughly all the same came down to reception the price had now gone up by over £150 to what we had booked on Booking .com which my wife queried so after a lot of arguing and another change of room we got the booked price the hotel is not nice needs a major refurbishment bathrooms have showers literally next to the toilet not a pleasant experience so watch out for price increases to what you book on plus untidy look

Großes Hotel, schöne saubere Zimmer mit einem kleinen Arbeitstisch. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist - etwa 25-30 Minuten Fahrt. Ein komfortables Aufenthalt.
