Gute Lage, gutes Zimmer, gutes Restaurant. Aber was wirklich eine ausgezeichnete Bewertung machte, war das Personal. Alles Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besondere Erwähnung für Putra und Dewi auf dem Frontdesk. Diese 2 gingen wirklich aus ihrem Weg, mich zu helfen. Ich kann ihnen nicht genug danken. Sie sind eine Kreditvergabe an die Organisation. Ich möchte jedoch ein paar Vorschläge machen. Der Fronteingang hat scharfe Schritte, bitte überlegen Sie, eine Rampe entlang der Seite zu installieren, um Menschen mit Mobilitätsproblemen und Menschen mit schwerem Gepäck zu unterstützen. Auch der Front-Out-Parkplatz. Wieder einmal kann es eine Frage für weniger fähige Körperbewohner sein, die Parkwagen zu überqueren. Bitte ermutigen Sie die Gäste, den Untergrundpark zu nutzen, so dass die Front weniger belastet. Ich werde definitiv hier wieder bleiben, wenn ich Medan besuche.

Thank you for the hospitality. I appreciate it a lot. Kama Hotel is located on a very good street. A delicious restaurant across the street. A few attractions walking distance as well. The staff, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious. Local food and very authentic. I did get a room with no window, but that’s not a problem, it was comfortable and equipped with everything needed. Just be sure to fix the WiFi as well. Did have trouble connecting to it. Overall, a wonderful stay and I appreciate it. Thank you. Highly recommended!

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Ich mache nur einen Anruf, um zu verbinden mit Verkäufen und bitten die Kontaktperson für den Verkäufer und war überrascht die Damen sagten wir den Telefon zuerst Yah dann rufen Sie zurück, ohne meine Nummer zu fragen, Das ist sehr grob und haben nicht die Einstellung als Hotelier braucht zu trainieren, wie man mit dem Gast zu sprechen.sehr nicht empfohlen

Das Hotel aus Marriot sieht aus... aber - nicht hilfreich, obwohl wir Mitglieder ihrer Gruppe sind... aber auch den politischen Figuren, die dort auch eine besondere Behandlung bleiben... - Ich bitte nur um Lärm, aber sie unterziehen mich vorsätzlich an mehr Lärm. STRESSET!!!! - das Bett ist klein. - die Toilette nur über die Dusche. - Kein Shaver und kein Comb... - der Kühlschrank nicht kalt... - das Frühstücksmahl so...so... Nahrung nicht heiß und hart... Nahrung nicht sofort zu füllen... das einzige schöne Essen ist der Long Medan... - Die Bar serviert Margarita war schlecht... Für mich werde ich dieses Hotel so weit wie möglich verschieben... es sei denn, es gibt kein besseres Hotel mehr...

Ein strategisches Hotel in der Nähe des Merdeka Walk. Freundlicher Service sowohl vom Front Office als auch von anderen Mitarbeitern. Bekam ein Zimmer mit Blick direkt auf den Merdeka Walk. Und ein Glück, dass wir früher einchecken konnten, weil wir vor 09.00 Uhr morgens ankamen, aber wir konnten sofort ohne zusätzliche Gebühren einchecken. Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich und köstlich.Empfohlenes Hotel für diejenigen, die Medan besuchen.

Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

Keine Ersatzausstattung Toiletten. Keine Geweberollen, bis ich aus ihrem HK-Shop Room zu bekommen. Der Wasserdruck war zu langsam. Das Frühstück war so.. nur i 💕 ist kelupis.. Der Trainer war so effizient, den Tisch zu reinigen, auch wenn Sie nicht Ihre Mahlzeit noch fertig 🥴... Einer der Mitarbeiter sollte ehrlich anerkannt werden, weil ich meine Tasche in den Restaurants verließ und sie hält meine Tasche. Danke für sie! .. Concierge muss sich an junge Menschen ändern. Sehen Sie nicht alle Gäste seltsam.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, überall in der Nähe sauber... Der Service ist wirklich gut, das Personal ist freundlich. Wir können um 13 Uhr einchecken, da das Zimmer bereits verfügbar ist. Der einzige Hinweis ist, dass der Warmwasserbereiter nicht stabil ist. Der Rest dieses Hotels ist wirklich in Ordnung. Ich möchte wieder hier übernachten, wenn es Bandung gibt.
