Empfehlenswertes Hotel, der Service von der Eingangskontrolle bis zum Parken ist sehr zufriedenstellend, der Sicherheitsdienst begleitet und leitet den Parkplatz, die Rezeptionistin ist auch sehr freundlich, obwohl das Hotel ein altes Gebäude ist, ist es aber sehr sauber und gepflegt, zum Frühstück gibt es viele Variationen auf der Speisekarte, da es sich um einen Familienurlaub handelt, bestellen Sie ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Das Hotel bietet den Hotelgästen auch Unterhaltung mit Löwentanzaufführungen zum chinesischen Neujahr

Не рекомендую этот отель если вы хотите выспаться на верху дискотека. Музыка играет в ночь это просто ужас 😨 я оставался в этом отеле 3 ночи в первую ночь было тихо, в остальные 2 ночи полный треш. В целом отель шикарный но то что они решили объединить отель и дискотеку это самая тупая идея. Владельцем этого заведения просто все равно на своих клиентов

I tried to call the number on the voucher, and found out that it was an AI talking and talking to me, that was cool, but not appropriate. I actually prefer tapping number to connect directly with the customer services. Because it is faster and save my phone credit. Technology is built to make things faster and efficient, not to make it looks cool but make things longer and inefficient.

NNaomiThis is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless.
I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️
It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.

GGastnutzerOverall service standards were impressive especially f&b staff Ivana and her team at breakfast cafe. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and value for money. On my day of check out there were multiple power cuts and house keeping and other guest floor service staff and even guest never cease to slam room door on entry or exiting. Overall house keeping and other service staff efficiency commendable including concierge who were very willing in their service. I will surly stay there on my next trip. Ivana showed exemplary leadership qualities and very hands on type of a person.

AAhmadRThis well-known hotel that has chain worldwide could be one of the best choices to stay in Medan. Its has a rooftop pool that view the Medan city. However, the toilet need to be clean properly as the dirty on the wall. Since its rated as 4 star hotel, its should be take care of cleanliness of the toilet and also the room wall. To get local food such as Famous Bakso and Ucok Durian, tourist could get it by walking or grab. Recommended

Not that good and not that bad . Average it’s oke to stay in this hotel

BbluetravellerAryaduta hat in Indonesien einen großen Namen. Aber ich bin von der Sauberkeit völlig enttäuscht. Habe eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer gefunden. Was das Handtuch angeht, kann ich nicht sagen, welche Farbe es hat. Auf keinen Fall weiß, nicht einmal gelblich, sondern fast grau. Und es hat ein Loch, wie Sie auf dem Bild sehen können, das ich hier hochlade. Ich blieb für 2 Nächte und hatte in der 1. Nacht eine schlechte Erfahrung, also bat ich um Stornierung, aber leider ist das nicht möglich. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, sie geben mir sogar Obst als Kompliment und wechseln das Handtuch. Aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich wieder hierher kommen und wieder hier übernachten sollte. Vielleicht mache ich das, wenn sie das mit der Sauberkeit in Ordnung bringen.

AAnonymer BenutzerUnser 6 Nites Aufenthalt war wegen der harten Arbeit sauberer wie Ibu Rosmalia komfortabel. Das Buffet Frühstück war genug, aber es gab keine AC im Frühstücksbereich. Ich drehte in Schweiß. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihre AC. AC im Zimmer auch fühlte sich wie 28C obwohl es 16C erklärte. Ich möchte auch kommentieren - warum müssen Sie nur für IDR 5K kosten Grab für IDR ☹️☹️ nur um in ihren Kunden aufzuholen/zu fallen? ☹️☹️ Die Treiber sagen, Dantob ist das EINZEILIGE Hotel in der Zeit, dass sie bezahlen.. sogar 5 Sterne Hotel wie Marriot oder Adimulia nicht bezahlen. Der Kunde ist derjenige, der die Gebühr zahlen muss. Vorstellen Sie, wenn meine Familie aus geht und in 3X einen Tag ... das wäre 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 Tage = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖

ИИгорь БушинНеплохой аппартотель, относительно недорого, большой номер-квартира, хорошая кровать, балкон, большая гостиная. В отеле нет ресторана, зато доставка работает на пять баллов. Находится в хорошем районе, рядом много всего полезного, от банкоматов, молов, до ресторанчиков и продовольственных магазинов. Район безопасный, современный, освещенный. На ресепшене отзывчивый персонал, помог с такси до оз. Тоба, хотя можно было воспользоваться приложением Bluebird ( Граб отказался везти). Курить вроде как бы нельзя, даже на балконе, но если сильно хочется, то можно :)) Единственный недостаток - плохая звукоизоляция с улицей, иногда ночные гонщики мешают спать.

YYau ZWGrand Sakura 4*Hotel is conveniently located near Medan Centerpoint and Railway Train Station. Excellent facilities such as 2 restaurants, services booking counter, tidbits selling counter, 2 elevators lift and a team of friendly concierge staffs dressed in Indonesian Batik uniform. Buffet breakfast (7-10am) offered good Nasi Lemak and noodles. Do try the plain tea with sugar after a spicy meal to reset the palate. Decent standard room comes with fridge, safe etc. However, an unconnected WIFI as a results I had to use my 4G data mobile hotspot for my laptop and the room power socket points are few.
Nearby spot a crowded and delicious eateries outlet (KUPI) runs by BAI Train where you can try Indonesian foods, DimSum and Western. Do make order payment at the centre counter before proceeding to inform stalls. I did it with Google Translate App. (Eng to Indo)
Pics also shown my preferred room drink and biscuits available at Medan supermarket.

SShekhar KarlFRONTDESK: Absolutely great people, from start till the time a check out - the level is service is no where incomparable to any of the hotels I have stayed in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam or Thailand. Most of the time, traveling in these countries they tend to worship westerners but in Indonesia everyone are treated equally as guests.
The only problem I had with this hotel was the room - it was dim, no plug or USB point to plug my laptop and work gadgets or comfortable chair or table to work from - it was a business trip and need strong WiFi as well. (Just my room, I cant speak for the rest) - but when my driver picked my airport - he did ask why i did I chose to stay at Grand Inna??
The place needs a big upgrade and refurbishment. The location is Ideal to be in the city centre, nice eateries around but room not so great.
Food is great though.
