Not as grand as I expected. T’was ordinary hotel for me. Gym was so small. Lift is so slow unfortunately. Location is good enough nearby mall, bars and tourist spots. Room got big window. Reception was great. Overall its all good.

This well-known hotel that has chain worldwide could be one of the best choices to stay in Medan. Its has a rooftop pool that view the Medan city. However, the toilet need to be clean properly as the dirty on the wall. Since its rated as 4 star hotel, its should be take care of cleanliness of the toilet and also the room wall. To get local food such as Famous Bakso and Ucok Durian, tourist could get it by walking or grab. Recommended

Es war eine tolle Aufenthaltsgegenstände, jeder ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber und einfach (Ich liebe es). Ich bestellte veganisches Essen und es ist überraschend schön. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sicher, wenn Sie mit Ihrer Familie kommen oder auch wenn Sie allein bleiben. Oh, es ist auch sehr nahe einem berühmten Tiermuseum in Medan.

We have travelled few times to Medan lately for sime activities and families gathering. Granf Mercure hotel is great.We enjoye staying there as its clean, the room is big, bathroom with bathtub, and breakfast is of wide varieties..We will stay there again should we travel to Medan again. Its highly recommended ..👍

So ein schöner Tag verbringe ich dort .. die Ansicht war auch sehr erstaunlich.. und der Service war so gut.. Ich werde sehr bald wieder inshaAllah besuchen

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Ich freue mich sehr, mit dem Einkaufszentrum verbunden zu sein. Öffnen Sie die Tür des Hotels und es ist direkt mit dem Einkaufszentrum verbunden. Im Einkaufszentrum gibt es ein koreanisches Restaurant. Es gibt auch japanische Restaurants und im Untergeschoss des Einkaufszentrums gibt es einen Supermarkt, was nicht schlecht ist. Wenn Sie etwas in einem Supermarkt kaufen, können Sie auch den Service nutzen, der es in die Hotellobby liefert. Normalerweise mag ich Hotels, die an Einkaufszentren wie dieses angeschlossen sind. Aber der Boden ist Teppich. Das gefällt mir kein bisschen. Aber es ist schön, eine Badewanne zu haben.

Looks grand hotel from Marriot… but - not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment… - I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!! - the bed are small. - the toilet only overhead shower. - no shaver and no comb… - the fridge not cold… - the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan… - the bar serve margarita was bad… For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…

I had a pleasant stay here, good ambience, love the room smell and lobby. The breakfast is good also, many varieties. The staffs are very good, so friendly and helpful. You won't to regret to stay here. Very recommended and affordable price. I met fauziah and she's so friendly

Das Zimmer, in dem ich geblieben habe, war nichts weniger als luxuriös. Geräumiges, unglaublich sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es bietet einen komfortablen Rückzug nach einem langen Tag der Stadtforschung. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, sorgte für eine ruhige Nacht Schlaf, und die Einrichtungen wurden zu den allgemeinen Komfort des Aufenthalts hinzugefügt.
