Empfehlenswertes Hotel, der Service von der Eingangskontrolle bis zum Parken ist sehr zufriedenstellend, der Sicherheitsdienst begleitet und leitet den Parkplatz, die Rezeptionistin ist auch sehr freundlich, obwohl das Hotel ein altes Gebäude ist, ist es aber sehr sauber und gepflegt, zum Frühstück gibt es viele Variationen auf der Speisekarte, da es sich um einen Familienurlaub handelt, bestellen Sie ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Das Hotel bietet den Hotelgästen auch Unterhaltung mit Löwentanzaufführungen zum chinesischen Neujahr

Location ok, love the 24 hours eating place beside the hotel. Don't like weekend hotel breakfast setup at pool haha, too hot.

Nice room and my son enjoy the pool very much. The view is amazing. Tried the massage and feeling good. The customer service at the front desk, Shanti is very friendly and arrange us at the high floor room with the great view. We love it. Thanks to Shanti. We also tried Jade Restaurant, the foods are delicious and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast have a lot of variety and the cake shop named M is also very nice. Will be back again for our upcoming stay.

So far our experience is great , we booked 3 rooms and the room was clean and comfortable, just the breakfast area it’s too small , like us came with big family it’s hard to find the table for breakfast, the food was oke . Not that good and not that bad . Average it’s oke to stay in this hotel

Overall the hotel is good, comfortable Stay. Good Shower Service is good on the Reception. Polite n Helpful staff Ms Safira. Breakfast choice is variety n well Spread. Mostly Local Indonesian Dishes.

Aryaduta hat in Indonesien einen großen Namen. Aber ich bin von der Sauberkeit völlig enttäuscht. Habe eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer gefunden. Was das Handtuch angeht, kann ich nicht sagen, welche Farbe es hat. Auf keinen Fall weiß, nicht einmal gelblich, sondern fast grau. Und es hat ein Loch, wie Sie auf dem Bild sehen können, das ich hier hochlade. Ich blieb für 2 Nächte und hatte in der 1. Nacht eine schlechte Erfahrung, also bat ich um Stornierung, aber leider ist das nicht möglich. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, sie geben mir sogar Obst als Kompliment und wechseln das Handtuch. Aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich wieder hierher kommen und wieder hier übernachten sollte. Vielleicht mache ich das, wenn sie das mit der Sauberkeit in Ordnung bringen.

This is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless. I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️ It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.  What a service!!!! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😭😭😭

First time in this hotel is not in the center of town but is accessible still. Breakfast is normal. Hotel room is normal. With this price no complaint.

Unser 6 Nites Aufenthalt war wegen der harten Arbeit sauberer wie Ibu Rosmalia komfortabel. Das Buffet Frühstück war genug, aber es gab keine AC im Frühstücksbereich. Ich drehte in Schweiß. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihre AC. AC im Zimmer auch fühlte sich wie 28C obwohl es 16C erklärte. Ich möchte auch kommentieren - warum müssen Sie nur für IDR 5K kosten Grab für IDR ☹️☹️ nur um in ihren Kunden aufzuholen/zu fallen? ☹️☹️ Die Treiber sagen, Dantob ist das EINZEILIGE Hotel in der Zeit, dass sie bezahlen.. sogar 5 Sterne Hotel wie Marriot oder Adimulia nicht bezahlen. Der Kunde ist derjenige, der die Gebühr zahlen muss. Vorstellen Sie, wenn meine Familie aus geht und in 3X einen Tag ... das wäre 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 Tage = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖

Der Aufenthalt war ganz schön, Waschraum und Warmwasser funktionieren auch einwandfrei. Schnelles WLAN und schneller Check-in. Ich liebe auch, dass es im Hotel ein Massage-Spa zu erschwinglichen Preisen gibt, aber als Malaysier würde ich sagen, dass es ziemlich günstig ist, wenn man einen Rabattgutschein bekommt. Wenn Sie nicht wirklich ausgehen möchten, können Sie das Essen vom Zimmerservice bestellen, dessen Portionen (für mich) auch ziemlich groß sind, und das Tempe Goreng mit der Sambal-Sauce war so lecker. Vor dem Hotel gibt es mehrere private Taxidienste (Geländewagen) mit Preisspannen wie 1 Million IDR nach Parapat (See Toba) und 700.000 IDR nach Siantar. Nur für den Fall, dass Sie in letzter Minute nach Danau Toba fahren möchten und habe keine Supir im Voraus gebucht Das Einzige, was ich mir wünsche, dass sie gewechselt werden, ist das Badetuch. Bitte tauschen Sie es gegen das neue und weichere aus. Der ganze Faden kommt aus dem Handtuch.
