Die Zimmer sind gut, schön und sauber, ich bin mit meiner Familie während des Jahresendes Urlaub, das Badezimmer gut und sauber, wir nahm das Familienzimmer und das Zimmer groß und richtig eingerichtet, Danke für Herrn Suhendra Marjan, der EHK, der das Zimmer schon richtig eingerichtet hat und unseren erinnerebaren Urlaub macht. Das Frühstückserlebnis gibt es auch viele Varianten von Lebensmitteln, ich mag Mie Gomak.

So ein schöner Tag verbringe ich dort .. die Ansicht war auch sehr erstaunlich.. und der Service war so gut.. Ich werde sehr bald wieder inshaAllah besuchen

Es ist eine Spazierweiterung zum Zentrum Punkt Mall und U-Bahn-Station. Es hat Mixe Cafe und Mart vor dem Hotel. Das Bett war so komfortabel und weich. die Kontrolle in Prozess ziemlich schnell. Vergessen Sie das. Warmwasser und Dusche auch schön. Sie haben Spa für Massage mit billigem Preis plus 100.000 IDR Rabattschein für das Spa. Aber ich wünsche mir, dass das Spa-Personal den Kunden während der Umkleide- und Duschezeit nach dem Massage anstelle der Reinigung und Einrichtung des Zimmers etwas Privatzeit geben würde, ein- und auslaufen während der Kunden wechseln. Es war eine Art von Unachtsam für mich, dass ich nicht möchte den Service wiederholen. auch meine ganze Sitzung sollte 90 Minuten (traditionelle Massage ) & Ohrlicht (45 Minuten) . Starten Sie bei 12.20 pm, aber enden Sie bei 2 pm. so definitiv nicht empfohlen, wenn Sie für die richtige Zeit zahlen wollen, die Sie erhalten. Das Hotel hat Speicherservice für Gepäck nur, wenn Sie nach der Zeit aus / zum Mall gehen wollen, bevor Sie zum Flughafen zurückkehren. Ich werde den Aufenthalt wiederholen, aber nicht den Spa-Service.

deSatu Hotel, gelegen in der komplexen zentralen Punkt Mall, medan, sumatra utara ... Gutes Hotel, das Zimmer ist schön, sehr sauber, zeitlich, komplette Emeniten, füllen Sie Trinkwasser außerhalb des Zimmers, Depotbox in dem Zimmer, außer, es gibt keinen Kühlschrank ... Stärker Dusche, kühles Klimaanlage, komfortable Bett/Badewanne/Weinen ...

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bett ist komfortabel. Wir hatten eine gute zwei Nächte Schlaf. Das Frühstücksrestaurant bietet eine sehr schöne Skyline-Aussicht und hat eine gute Verbreitung von Lebensmitteln. Ich bin vegetarisch, aber ich habe keine Probleme mit der Wahl von Lebensmitteln. Das Hotel liegt neben einem Cambridge-Werkplatz mit Restaurants, Haarsalonen und Supermarkt. Insgesamt ist der Aufenthalt gut.

I arrived early morning and requested for an early check in. By then a lot of guests were checking out, and I was assigned a room at around 11.30 am which was good, especially when i was just coming from an early morning flight The breakfast was so so, not so good given the price of the room

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

Ich hatte eigentlich nicht mehr erwartet als dieses Hotel, und es scheint, dass dieses Hotel auch nicht viel erwartet.Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Tat eine zentrale Stadt, aber die Umgebung ist in der Tat von den Wohnhäusern umgeben. Ich blieb in einem Studio-Typ. Zimmer 16 die größte Art war, wenn von der Anwendung, wo ich gebucht wurde, gesehen, aber es ergab, dass die Größe des Zimmers noch relativ eng. Das Badezimmer im Zimmer ist auch sehr eng und die Position des Vorhangs für das Bad sogar Die Halle zum Zimmer hat auch keine Klimaanlage und keinen Aufzug, während mein Zimmer im 3. Stock ist, so dass es sich eine Mischung zwischen müde und heiß beim Einreisen ins Zimmer vorstellen kann. Ein weiterer Punkt, den ich gerne erörtern möchte, ist das Frühstück am Morgen mit gefrorenem Essen, sodass das Hotel einen Gefrierschrank mit gefrorenem Essen mit Flaschen bietet und wir unser Frühstück direkt gewählt haben. Danach wird der Kellner es mit Micowave kochen. Dies ist mein erstes Aufenthalt in einem Hotel mit einem solchen Frühstückssystem. Ich weiß nicht, ob diese Art von System gut ist oder nicht, aber dieses System macht mich zu fühlen, dass dieses Hotel tatsächlich für “Notfall” zugewiesen ist Die Hotels sind sehr gut, aber es ist sehr gut, dass Sie sich nicht auf die Hotels belassen.

Looks grand hotel from Marriot… but - not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment… - I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!! - the bed are small. - the toilet only overhead shower. - no shaver and no comb… - the fridge not cold… - the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan… - the bar serve margarita was bad… For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…
