When arriving the room I had was supposed to have a sofa bed and it did not. I then had to go down to the front desk and let them know. She was confused as the room is supposed to have one. I asked about roll away beds and she said that they have them but she has to figure out where they are stored. I felt bad and ended up walking with her to check for them. After checking the second floor we finally found them on the 4th. I then took the beds to my room on my own and while she went to try and find bedding. After bringing the beds to my room I met her at the front desk to get the bedding and brought it back to my room and finally was able to get my children's beds made. We then got ready and headed to the pool/hot tub area to finally get to relax and the hot tub and sauna were both out of order. No one had mentioned this at check in and the hot tub was the MAIN reason I had booked this hotel as we had been driving for 7+ hours. Besides those being out of order, the pool area and pool were freezing cold! All that aside we went to back to the room unsatisfied but had another long day of driving ahead of us so we stayed. I was woken up before 9 AM to my daughter saying someone was knocking on the door. Someone was lightly tapping on the door so I jumped up to go see what was going on and before I could make it to the door IT OPENED!! Had I not had the extra lock on they could have walked straight into our room! My daughter is a light sleeper and that's the only reason she even woke up to the tapping it was so quiet. I planned on using Hilton Honors program for the rest of our vacation but after this I will definitely be rethinking what hotels we stay in for the remaining 3+ nights..

Der erste Eindruck auf dem Außenbereich war ok. Nicht schlecht, definitiv malt vor kurzem. Ich konnte nicht früh prüfen, aber konnte um 2:30 Uhr einchecken. Das erste, was ich bemerkte, als ich ins Zimmer ging, war der Geruch. Alles kam aus dem Badezimmer. Es war nicht wirklich ein schlechter Geruch, aber es riecht wirklich alt und veraltet, wie sie den Geruch mit Chemikalien bedeckt. Nicht sicher, ob jemand hier früher rauchte oder was, aber es war nicht meine Liebe. Dies war eine Suite am Weg. Ich dachte, das sollte das schönste Zimmer aller sein. Stains in der Tasche, aber das Zimmer sah ziemlich sauber aus, so dass ich mir nicht gedacht hatte. Das Problem war, als ich ein paar Pizza bestellte, sobald ich die Box 4 Fliegen direkt auf meine Pizza gelandet hatte. Das Typ hat mich geirrt. Dann war es 100 Grad draußen und dass A/C-Einheit nahezu das Zimmer kühlte. Zimmer nicht kühlte bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Ich habe das ganze Land reisen und in vielen Hotels geblieben, was wahrscheinlich einer meiner am wenigsten beliebten war. Es ist eine kleine Stadt und die Optionen sind hier begrenzt. Das Beste hier ist der Truck Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, außer dass ich nicht $100 pro Nacht dafür zahlen würde. Ich würde lieber in meinem Auto nächstes Mal schlafen
