Everything was on plan, Emma acted very professional in selecting and organizing our rooms for a our stay at the Hotel. Early morning we had a mouth watering breakfast at the Spot Cafe with breathtaking views to the city. I really must say it was so delicious. Their accommodation is so unmatched well with fully furnished rooms, very spacious with WI-FI. Security wasn't nothing to worry about our Valuables. I would surely Highly recommend The spot Hotel for a stay in Mbale City."

"Können Sie wieder hier bleiben, während Sie Kirchen und Schulen in der Umgebung besuchen. Diese Oase, wunderbar zu bleiben im Hotel. Die Einrichtungen sind ausgezeichnet. Klimaanlage, TV. WiFi funktioniert gut. Das Personal ist nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist eine Freude, eine herrliche Ausbreitung, Obst, Saft, Kaffee, Pfannkuchen und alle Elemente eines englischen Frühstücks. Ich liebe nur einen Aufenthalt dort und plane meine Reiseroute, damit ich das tun kann. Sauna Fitness und Schwimmbad, und alles in schönen Gärten mit interessantem Vogelleben. Sehr empfohlen. "Stayed in this lovely situated hotel for 5 nights. Spacious, tidy and well-equipped rooms. With free WiFi, minibar, hairdryer, rain shower with cold & hot running water. Besides that, I really enjoyed the extensive breakfast-buffet and dinner-a-la-carte-menu, the ever-smiling service-staff, the shady tropical garden and the full-size swimming-pool. All in all a truly recommended place to stay and a perfect base to explore the Mt. Elgon region, with all its natural hidden gems…"

"Ich versuche immer, die Rating-10 zu betteln, auch wenn es kleinen waren, aber es wurde durch die akzeptable Wohltätigkeit des Personals gefeuert. Es gab hier keine Wohltätigkeit. Nahrung ist teuer und ungeschmacklich. Andere Orte für den gleichen Preis riesige Teile und war sehr lecker vorbereitet. Das Zimmer lief ständig mit dem Rohr, das vom Schlaf abschwächte. Wi-Fi war nicht stabil, Sie mussten es irgendwo fragen. Ist das nicht Wi-Fi für Gäste? Er war nicht im Zimmer, aber auch im Restaurant war er nicht immer. Nun, schließlich war das Licht nur früh am Morgen und spät am Abend ein paar Stunden, warmes Wasser ist das gleiche. Hohe Preis ist absolut nicht in Einklang mit Qualität. Das zweite Mal würde nicht hier aufhören"

"A very pleasant overnight stay. Lovely room no. 31 at the top of the stairs, with a view of Mt Elgon and the gardens. Super comfy bed with mosquito nets and window mesh. Lovely bath and shower and a hairdryer! Super barman Geofrey - who introduced me to Ugandan gin. Nice pool, pool bar and garden service. Restaurant is good, a bit slow on the night because it was so busy. Breakfast was buffet style but good, with second best mandazi of our taste test. Lots of parking. Nice running route around Mbale and safe to run outside the hotel grounds. Golf course next door."
