When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. Finally after 15 minutes they find it. We ask for towels to use at the pool. They say they didn’t have any but someone would bring them to our room. We get to the room that was supposed to have one king or two queens. It had one Queen. Very small room. Hard mattress. My arms kept falling asleep. I only wish the rest of me could have done the same. Two sheets, top and bottom. No blanket. It had an ocean view however the balcony door stuck so badly it took all my husbands muscles to open. No lock on the door either. We went for supper, when we got back still no pool towels. So I decide to have a shower and realize there were no towels at all. Nothing. So my husband calls. They say they will bring some. I wait. And wait. I go back downstairs and tell the man at the desk I need two towels. He opens the cupboard, searches through a stack of towels and hands me one bath towel and two hand towels. No I say I need dos grande. Nope. He say no we no have. Not sure why I couldn’t have one out of the stack of towels that were there. They couldn’t be pool towels because he looked through them earlier when we checked in and asked then for pool towels, just as it said to do on the information page they gave us. I guess maybe they were thursdays towels only and we came in on Wednesday… who knows. Anyways with all that and the elevator that was in need of repair, (it was loud and out of balance and rubbed on something when you rode up or down) and the mold on the bathroom floor it is not worth the money at all.

My family stayed at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Feb 18-Mar 4, 2023. As always we had a wonderful visit at Pueblo Bonito. We are extremely thankful for the wonderful people working so hard to make our vacation relaxing. Melissa and Enrique are very friendly and helpful. Melissa took such good care of us. My son got sick when we were there and she made sure to help us get a doctor. He was feeling better in no time! At the Cordelier, Carmen, Jairo, Claudio, Nahu, Ariel without fail are welcoming and attentive. At the poolside, Felipe was the absolute best. Antonio at the front entrance was a familiar welcoming face who went above and beyond to help us out. The only negatives I have is that the lounge chairs by the poolside are very uncomfortable. It was quite difficult to get out of the chairs. Also, there was one employee, named Idilia, up front in the lobby that was extremely rude. She approached us when we were waiting and started scolding us. It was very unprofessional and I was quite surprised as everyone else at Pueblo Bonito has been so friendly and helpful.

Stayed 5 nights. The hotel is modern, about a year old, has a good location in the Zona Dorada. In front of the Malecón/boardwalk and the ocean. We had a room with balcony and views of the ocean. Nice Infiniti pool and delicious breakfast. Chambermaids were super friendly and wonderful. Stephanie, at reception, was the best and most accommodating. Comfortable rooms and mattress. Now, the neagatives... 1- Some of the staff, at the restaurant, was not very friendly, except the only lady waitress, who was very friendly and serviceable. 2- There was an extremely loud private party, on Saturday night, at the rooftop. Unfortunately, we were on the 7 th floor, just below the party. The music was EXTREMELY LOUD. The bass made our room vibrate. Even with ear plugs, we could not sleep. Of course, I complained, several times. They offered to move us to a lower floor. No way, Jose!. We had already unpacked for a our five night stay. The party was supposed to end at 12 midnight. It enredadera @ 1:30 am. Unacceptable and NIGHTMARERISH!. 3- There are no chairs in the balcony. You go to the pool as there is no place to hang and dry your bathing suits. 4- Although they provide a coffee maker in the room, they leave complimentary coffee, the first day. After, you have to pay for it. Does not make any sense to us. 5- The same with bottle water. Complimentary on the first night. Then, you are on your own. You pay the same hotel fee every night. Provide coffee and water nightly. Get your act together. You will still get the local tourist but FORGET about guests from foreign countries.

I've read some Karen reviews about this place, but after being here a week, I can honestly say I am so sad to go home tomorrow. I am a General Hotel Manager myself, & this place is fantastic. The beds are heaven, the pillows awesome, the restaurant was superb for ALL meals, grounds are immaculate, linen are dazzling white, staff was on point & ALWAYS friendly--American culture is to complain about everything but we loved every minute here. Lots of shopping in walking distance, this place is a slice of heaven. So glad the mother-in-law chose this hotel for the family, we love it!

Die Anschrift des Doubletree by Hilton Mazatlan lautet Av Camaron Sabalo 905, El Encanto Mazatlan. Es befindet sich in der Zona Dorada. Vom internationalen Flughafen Mazatlan ist das Hotel etwa ½ Std. mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Hotel ist an der Hauptstraße zur einen Seite und an der anderen Seite direkt am Strand gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind mehrere Convenience Stores, Souvenirgeschäfte und ATM. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Kreditkarte wird bei Ankunft mit einem Deposit belastet. Die offizielle Check-in-Zeit ist 15:00 Uhr. Um das Gepäck muss man sich selbst kümmern. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die Zimmer sind behaglich eingerichtet und wirken freundlich und gepflegt. Sie sind recht geräumig. An der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen. Die Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Mein Zimmer hatte allerdings einen muffigen Geruch, der während meiner 2 Wochen in dem Hotel nicht verschwand. Die Ausstattung ist recht gut, u. a. mit Sofa, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Flachbildfernseher, Kaffee- und Teezubereiter, Klimaanlage, Safe, Schrank, Slipper, Bademäntel, Regenschirm. Die Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zur Verdunkelung gibt es einen Vorhang. Dieser verdunkelt für die Nacht das Zimmer gut. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet gut, ist auch nicht übermäßig laut. Das finde ich angenehm. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten der Klimaanlage sind durchschnittlich. Leider gibt es keine Fernbedienung, aber es lässt sich eine angenehme Klimatisierung einstellen. Täglich gibt es zwei Flaschen Wasser gratis auf dem Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war recht geräumig. Es machte insgesamt einen angenehmen und sehr freundlichen Eindruck und verfügte über eine ebenerdige Duschkabine, die einen Handbrauseschlauch statt eines festen Duschkopfes hatte, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Duschgel, Seife, Shampoo und Conditioner, Body Lotion, alles von Crabtree und Evelyn, Duschhaube, Wattestäbchen sowie ein Haartrockner waren vorhanden. Letzterer war kein Hotelgerät, was ich positiv fand. Handtücher waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. An ihrem Aussehen und ihrem Zustand gab es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Allerdings fehlten Zahnputzgläser, so dass man sich mit den Trinkbechern behelfen musste. Mit der Ausstattung des Badezimmers konnte man also im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden sein. An der Sauberkeit im Bad gab es auch nichts auszusetzen. Zimmerreinigung gab es zu der Zeit, als ich da war, nur auf Anforderung. Es empfiehlt sich, eine Zeit mit anzugeben, zu der das Zimmer fertig sein soll, was meistens geklappt hat. Sonst kann es passieren, dass das Zimmer erst nach 18:00 Uhr gemacht wird, was ich für reichlich spät halte und was nicht sehr angenehm ist. Die Reinigung war immer sehr gründlich. Frühstück gibt es im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Das Restaurant ist recht groß. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Angeboten wird Amerikanisches Frühstück in Bufettform. Das F

Buen hotel, bien ubicado, buena relación precio calidad, con alberca; hotel viejo pero muy funcional, rapidez en la recepción tanto para check in como para entrega de habitación; agradable, suficiente.

Ich habe Anfang November 7 Nächte in The Palms geblieben. Ich habe hier viele Male über die Jahre verblieben, mindestens 15 Mal. Ich habe immer gute Bewertungen meiner Aufenthalte gegeben. Der jüngste Verkauf des Hotels hat einige Änderungen gebracht, nicht alle gut. Sie haben die Lobbymöbel, mehr informelle, weniger klassische verändert. Die Zugabe des Panama Restaurant hat viele mehr Menschen in das Eigentum gebracht, viele, die nicht dort bleiben. Gut für das Hotel bin ich sicher, aber mehr besetzt für Gäste, die Tische im Restaurant usw. suchen. Aber meine größte Enttäuschung war, dass sie eine Hochzeit auf dem Grundstück im Pool gehostet haben, die bis 11 Uhr ging. Mit Live-Musik blasen in das Zimmer aller! Ich dachte, die Band war fertig, bis die Hochzeitsparty eine Bandgruppe für die letzte Stunde vom Strand brachte. Ich bin sicher, es war vorbereitet. Oh Bruder. Ich kann nicht glauben, dass die Hotelverwaltung so wenig von ihren Gästen gedacht hat, um diese Art von Lärm spät in die Nacht zuzulassen. Es gab keinen Weg, während dieser Veranstaltung zu schlafen, meines Erachtens. Ich hätte mich bei der Geschäftsleitung beschweren müssen, aber nicht, und das ist meine Schuld, dass ich das nicht getan habe. Vielleicht hätten sie mir etwas über einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt geäußert. Ich bleibe in der Regel nur Wochenenden und das macht einfach noch stärker, dass Wochenende nicht für mich bei The Palms sind.

Ich konnte nicht an dem vorgesehenen Termin teilnehmen und versuchte, mich 4 Tage vor dem Termin zu informieren, und ich konnte und wurde nicht annulliert, weil ich einen Präferenzpreis von despegar.com hatte, aber diese Antwort gab mir die starten, Da ich mit dem Hotel immer versucht habe, mich zu unterrichten, ob ich das Datum annullieren oder zumindest ändern konnte und sie mich nie in Reservierungen beantwortet, mehr als einmal im Empfang und nichts an mich lösten, haben sie mein Geld geblieben, wussten, dass ich nicht besuchen konnte und dass, weil es der Preis war, Start, Sie hatten nicht einmal die Aufmerksamkeit auf die E-Mails antworten nichts von allem, Sie haben mein Geld geblieben und ohne absolut etwas, und wie ich sage, auch ohne die einfache Aufmerksamkeit auf das Telefon oder Post, schrecklicher Kundendienst. Wie in der Antwort darauf hingewiesen, gab es keine Flexibilität, sie hätten den Tag leicht an einen anderen verkauft, da es sogar eine Hochsaison war, aber es gab keine Möglichkeit, irgendeine Vereinbarung oder Vereinbarung zu treffen oder auf irgendeine Weise zu sprechen.

Experience was poor. Went to the snack shop and was given a coffee with chunks of milk floating in it. When I showed them and asked for a new one they said no it was fine I had to pay a new one. Asked the management to deal with it and they were indifferent. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Room was ok but had some maintenance issues e.g lights not working etc.
