Isolabella B&B

We are a couple. When we arrived we were given a family room. The mattress ( foam mattress) in double bed sagged in middle. The shower was leaking badly. We contacted Ylenia and she came very promptly. She explained there was somebody coming the following day to fix the shower . We insisted on a different room with comfortable bed and functioning shower . She brought us to another room which was very small, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked.It was not a nice room as the window was high up, you would have to climb on bed to look out the window. The next morning Ylenia showed us two other rooms that she had in the same building. Both rooms were much nicer than either of the rooms we were in. My husband and I were very angry, why couldn’t Ylenia have given us one of these nicer rooms. We were given the worst room in building and then the second worst room. We very very disappointed with our stay.

Tutto ottimo! Location in pieno centro di Mazara. B&B carinissimo, moderno curatissimo, silenzioso, pulito, letti e cuscini strepitosi. Ilenia e la mamma gentilissime e simpatiche. Per mangiare ristorante suggerito da Ilenia 'lo Scoiattolo' a due passi dalla struttura rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Ha soddisfatto a pieno ogni nostra richiesta; ci abbiamo mangiato x ben due sere di seguito. Consigliatissimo!

Ambiente molto bello. Stanza ampia.Buoni servizi . Posizione ottima e veramente centrale, per chi vuole visitare il centro storico e per chi vuole passare le giornate nella vicinissina spiaggia. Vicinissimo a ristoranti e locali. Il B&B prevede la colazione dolce/salata, purtroppo scarsa non per quantita', ma per qualità, infatti presenta solo prodotti confezionati .. per il salato 5 fette confezionate di mortadella e pane a fette, tipo panbianco ai cereali confezionato, idem per il dolce. Non viene rifatta la camera ( almeno per i gg on cui ho soggiornato (4 gg e 3 notti) Personale comunque cortese e disponibile
