Really well located hotel, just out the centre of Matlock. Rooms spotless and good size. Staff were professional, courteous and polite. Special shout out to Lee at the front reception, he went over and above to help us before we checked in and was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. We have visited here before and due to the staff, hotel and cleanliness we always return.

All the staff Went above and beyond slept very well Room was spotless can't fault anything so helpful and gave me and family and friends a free drink as it was night before my wedding which was not expecting definitely will be staying here again

We had a fantastic stay at Matlock, such a friendly welcoming place with clean rooms and great staff. Lee was great on reception and in the restaurant and made us feel very welcome. Great parking annd very close to the town centre - could not ask for more really!

Hotel staff are all so friendly and really go out of their way to make your stay so comfortable. Martha and Leah are truly so professional the hotel chain should be so proud of them. Rooms are well cleaned and maintained and plenty of parking. Only downside is wifi sometimes not to reliable but sure this will be fixed soon

Friends and I visited Matlock bath for the weekend we stayed at Matlock premier Inn which is only a five minute car drive away,the hotel itself is of a good standard,rooms are lovely and clean and all staff are friendly.I would definitely stay here again!!

Had a great stay at Matlock, really nice hotel with lots of parking and a nice restaurant. Lee on reception is really friendly and was a great way to start the visit. They have a bar and all you can need and only a short walk into Matlock as well. Restaurant was quite busy but service was pretty quick. Lovely friendly staff who can do enough to help you and a quick response on reception when needed. Would stay again if in the area. I had a minor issue but Lee sorted it quickly and professionally for me.

Great location for access into Matlock. Short walk into town avoiding busy traffic. All the staff here were very welcoming and probably one if the best Premier breakfasts we’ve eaten! We definitely will return on our future trips up North.

Comfy bed, friendly staff. But very stale stuffy air in room. No opening windows due to design. Putting on air con helped a bit. No parking spaces available when we arrived about 9pm Friday. Ended up having to use disabled space ( with agreement from the manager).

Worst nights sleep ever. I’m in room 225 round the back and all I can hear is this loud noise reverberating through my room. I think it’s coming from the electrical or air con units outside. It’s constant. Every time I stay in a PI have to turn off the noisy ventilation above the front door. But this noise is something else. Just seen another reviewer from Feb saying something similar. But clearly they haven’t fixed the issue and are still putting people in these rooms.
