Das Hotel konnte aufgrund eines Fehlers in ihrem System nicht im Hotel bleiben. Das Hotel war zu versuchen, zu versuchen und erhalten ist auf 3 zusätzlichen Terminen gebucht, aber nicht erfolgreich. Er hat eine Erstattung auf die Frage verweigert. Es ist nur eine Schande, dass wir uns nicht stabil halten konnten.

We stayed in the promonarde rooms two adults and two children. You would never thought we was staying in a shipping container very quiet, very clean even the edges of the carpet was hoovers smelt lovely when we walked into the room. Compact be great fun in our room was shower , small tv, hairdryer, tea and cover . 10metre along was another room that contained toaster, microwave, full sink with washing up liquid kitchen . Just up the steps was hotel reception and entertainment room for children did activities at night like kids disco, games room free football table, and Lego table . Above reception is a restaurant though we didn’t eat in there looked nice. We went to the local pub called the fishpond great food and bands on at the weekend. We had two nights first day went round the Gulliver’s park second day we went to heights of Abraham . This place is great for kids we did look at the other rooms but found you got more outdoor space on the promonarde room ie could sit and watch the kids play. There is also a bus you can sleep on that looked great fun too .

Wir blieben auf der Karawane und absolut liebte unseren Aufenthalt.Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Dusche und Toiletteneinrichtungen wurden regelmäßig gepflegt und der Ort sauber und friedlich.Das Restaurant/Pub war wunderschön!! So warm und einladend. Wir werden hier definitiv zurückkehren,

Ich habe hier vor kurzem eine Nacht verbracht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und macht Sie sich sehr willkommen. Wir haben das Pub nicht verwendet, nur für ein schnelles Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, so dass ich nicht zu diesem Aspekt kommentieren kann, aber es ist eindeutig voll von Charakter und befindet sich in einem tollen Ort zum Erkunden. Leider war die Unterkunft ein wenig von einem verlassen. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, ist zu aktualisieren, das Badezimmer war sehr klein, wohin nichts zu platzieren. Die Fliesen in der Dusche waren präsent, was ist aus-putting, der Extraktorvent war wirklich grubby und der allgemeine Standard der Fertigstellung im Zimmer war schlecht. Da es kein natürliches Licht gab, schien es all diese Fragen hervorzuheben. Alles fühlte sich sehr müde. Das Schlafzimmer selbst war sauber, obwohl das Teppich ein wenig markiert war. Die Betten waren ok, das Bett war spotless wie die Handtücher. Es gab 2 kleine Spiegel, so dass nicht ideal, wenn man versucht, bereit zu werden. Alles in allem ein wenig enttäuschend.

An excellent short stay in this B&B situated above a tea room in the village of Bonsall. Check-in is a small window of 2 hours between 2 and 4 pm but it does state that you can organise late check-in if you are stuck. Best to avoid the area around the Heights of Abraham when traveling in at the weekend as it gets very busy. We were there just to check out the area for walking and it suited our needs perfectly. The owner greeted us and made sure we settled in and as a bonus, the tea room was still open to allow us to sample their delicious cakes before unpacking. We went to the Kings Head pub for dinner which is a 3-minute walk up the hill and I must say it was a good choice. Another place with great hospitality with a mix of locals and visitors but more importantly good honest grub. Breakfast was probably one of the best we have ever had at a B&B it was plentiful and there was no compromise on quality, perfect to fuel us for another day on the hills. Thank you for hosting us and giving us good value for money in an excellent location to explore the Peak District National Park.

Came to this hotel for 2 nights to visit the area before attending a wedding reception in Derby. It was beautiful in every way. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, the hotel itself was beautiful and the gardens were outstanding. The hotel kindly let us keep the room a bit longer on our departure day, even though they were themselves hosting a wedding. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening and breakfast both mornings and the food was amazing. Both food and wine were surprisingly reasonably priced as was the stay itself. We were able to walk to Matlock Bath and the Heights of Abraham, so no need to use the car. I'd highly recommend this lovely hotel.
