We stayed 3 nights in a hotel. Television was not working. No bathroom accessories. Only 1 towel provided. Even on the last day after housekeeping no towel is available in room

dont recommend this type of hotel because management was very irresponce and hotel is not clean even bathroom tap was rusted it is marriage hall not hotel specially no led no land line phone. Please dont stay at that hotel

This is marriage hall not a complete hotel. Staffs are very rude. Management is very poor. Room is not clean. Not a proper manager here to take care. Washroom tab are rushed. Not take proper responce for any enquiries. I never suggest for this room and also suggest to make my trip please remove it in their apps

Hotel was not cleaned upto the mark, very bad service, no telecom in the room. Mold in every room, if you are allergic to mold, then please don't book this one. We called room service for the solution of mold smell and they sent a guy with room freshner and he said that he will spray the room freshner. But how this can resolve the issue?

Stay was very nice, food was very delicious and nice location, it was also very plea-sent at night in basera restaurant we have enjoyed during stay in hotel basera, staff of hotel were very cooperative and supportive. Hotel maintained higine. Tour of mathura vrindavan was good.
