Green View Holiday Resort

It was not value for the money. The bathrooms were smelly (water leaking), and the balcony door locks were broken, some lights were not working, Very old linen (towels, bedsheets etc..), It needs extensive refurbishment. Food also average taste with a higher price. You have to carry your luggage staff are not helping. Very nice & breathtaking location but they weren't able to capitalize it.

The scenery surrounding this hotel is simply mesmerizing. One cannot beat the location at the very reasonable prices. I have been to this hotel about three times before and I can definitely see a great improvement in the management. Although this old hotel could benefit from a good touch of renovation, the service rendered by the very-caring staff makes up for the deficits. It appears the hotel has very few staff members and they work very hard to please the guests every which way they can. The food is excellent and it is served with such class. I would recommend this hotel for those who love nature and good service above everything else. Let us hope the low-resource hotel would get some renovation soon and upgrade its level to a five star hotel. This excellent staff surely deserve that!

Amazing location, with beautiful views from the room and restaurant. Service was excellent from the manager and the two staff members assisting. Dinner and breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasty. WiFi was nice and fast. Would recommend to anyone

Very disgusting place... when we reach to our rooms there was Very bad smell..the reason they didn't cleaned bathrooms perfectly,all rooms in same condition..that was very hard time to stay there.at least no carpet in the front of the bathroom door..bed sheets turned to yellow colours.. The bedclothes were torn pool is uncleanness and dirty.i never had like this experience before in any single hotel..but i want to know how they win TripAdvisor member..???they displayed it top of the reception..but there was no comfortable environment for guests...not recommend for anyone..

It was a great experience. It is covered in mist. The location of the hotel is very quiet and the beauty of the environment can be seen well. Safety and cleanliness are the best. The staff are very friendly and provide the best service. The most important thing is the food they serve. It is really delicious. They provide best service at really cheap price.

C’est effectivement un hôtel fantôme : seuls clients en pleine saison, pas de wifi, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et le gérant n’est pas là…. Chambre sale et vétuste, la salle à manger que nous avons traversé semble figée dans le temps : nappes sales et tachées, poubelle pleine…. Nous y sommes restés 3h avant de renoncer et faire appeler un Tuk Tuk pour Kandy. Celui-ci nous a confirmé que l’hôtel partait à vau-l’eau depuis quelques années et que seuls des locaux y séjournaient encore.
