Wir hatten ein sehr schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes gemütliches Zimmer mit chicem Bad, weichen Handtüchern, Einmalzahnbürsten,Einmalrasierern und großer Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht auf die Porta Garibaldi und eine Barockkirche. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Nachteil: Es ist mit dem Auto schwierig zu finden, da das Navigationssystem auch gesperrte Straßen empfiehlt, die vor Reiseantritt zugesagten kostenfreien Parkplätze standen nicht zur Verfügung, sodass ein Mitarbeiter das Auto in ein für uns gebührenpflichtiges Parkhaus gefahren hat.

We have just returned from the Seawater Hotel. It is a lovely hotel kept spotlessly clean and with really friendly staff. The rooms are a good size with air con and very large comfy beds. Breakfast is great a mix of fresh fruit, cheese, hams and bread and an array of pastries and local treats. In the evening there is a good restaurant that when the weather is good food is served by the stunning pool. There are a few options for each course. If you have the trio of cheese starter which is lovely you can share between 2 as its a big portion. Location wise its in a quiet area on the main road into town. We didnt have a car and I would recommend you have one but you can walk into town in about 30 mins. Be warned some of the pavements are quite slim or none existent but it wasn't too much trouble. You can book the hotels shuttle into town for €5 per person each way and they will also help organise trips for you. We didnt use the spa but the 3 pools are great and a real asset to the hotel. Our only slight problem was they don't do lunch at the hotel so we went to the local supermarket a 5 minute walk and got some things for the room. There is also a local cafe probably 10 mins in the other direction, Cafe Caramel which was great but a bit of a limited choice. The staff are so lovely and helpful it was a great holiday and would definately recommend it.

Update - Nach meiner untenstehenden Bewertung meiner ersten Erfahrung suchte der Manager mich heraus, um sich zu entschuldigen und das Problem in meinem Zimmer zu lösen. Ich wurde die Bungalow und ein alternatives Hotelzimmer gezeigt. Das Bungalow war wunderschön und wenn ich als Paar reisen würde es wahrscheinlich meine bevorzugte Option gewesen. Als ein einsamer Reisende erschien das Hotelzimmer attraktiver. Es war auch sehr geschätzt, eine entschuldigung zu erhalten. Ein zusätzlicher Hinweis zum Frühstück; wenn Sie wollen Carbide vermeiden (nicht einfach in Italien) dann Obst und Joghurt sind wirklich Ihre Optionen (sie hatten eine Kuchen gekochte Eier, aber das nicht ansprechen) Ich würde nicht ein englisches Frühstück wünschen (Ich habe nicht die in England!) aber es war wirklich nur Rolls und Paste (die lecker aussehen) Meine erste Nacht hier war eine Enttäuschung. Ich wurde ein Boxraum mit einem gefalten Bett (siehe Bilder) gegeben, als ich tatsächlich ein Deluxe Bungalow gebucht hatte. Ich wurde in einer sehr unverschämten Weise erzählt, dass sie vollständig bucht wurden und es gab lustige Probleme mit dem Bungalow. Es ist ein schöner Ort für eine Hochzeit und würde niemanden verabscheuen, aber die Musik und Party war sehr nah an meinem Zimmer und sehr laut. Das Abendessen war schwierig, weil ich nicht Meeresfrüchte essen, so hatte es begrenzte Optionen und wie bereits erwähnt; versucht, nicht zu überladen auf Kohlenstoff. Das Menü ist stark Meeresfrüchte basiert, was ich annehmen ist normal für die Region, so bestellte ein Salat und wurde eine Kugel von geschnittenen Eisberg-Lettchen gegeben

We found this to be an exceptionally pleasant hotel, in all respects. It is situated in a quiet corner with n a piazza in the historic center of Marsala, a beautiful, old building elevated with great taste to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are cozy; the bathrooms are clean; the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and bar are elegant and the food at the breakfast buffet was fresh, varied and ample. Thank you Hotel Carmine!

Anche ieri sera, in 3, cena indimenticabile con la famiglia. Il Titolare ed i suoi gentilissimi figli ci fanno sentire come a casa. Il personale è affabile, preparato e professionale. Ci hanno consigliato un fuori menù davvero prelibato: paccheri con ragù di pesce (crostacei) in cottura per ben 8 ore. Consigitissimo. Tartare di crudi di prima qualità. Freschissimi. Tiramisù al limoncello preparato con cura e prodotti freschissimi. Torneremo presto. Grazie sempre per l'accoglienza.
