It is central - in the souk itself, so you will have to walk to and from a landmark such as the market square as no cars can get there - no- one came to meet us! On arrival we were shown to our rooms - no welcome tea, no showing us about the air conditioning etc. We only had one towel between two of us and the receptionist made her displeasure obvious when I asked for another! Stating it was because we had the single room - my son was in ours, which was exactly the same but a different floor! We were half board for our first night, but the restaurant was in the middle of the Souk. The night receptionist took us there, but we were left to find our own way back! The room was very small- just enough space to stand up on either side. The shower was good and in a large tray as the drainage is poor and you end up ankle deep in water! It was clean - although they removed the towels for washing and didn’t replace them Breakfast and the initial evening meal was ok - there appeared to be one napkin dispenser, which may have been on your table and each morning something was missing when our breakfast was served to us - butter dish, cheese etc.

People running it has made all the difference!! This petite raid with just 5-6 rooms has everything you need to explore the old city by foot. The rooms are decent, well kept . Everything is functional with AC, hot water. Oma was very helpful at the reception so was Hussain helping each day morning with a simple yet sumptuous moroccan breakfast with bread & pastries, egg cooked and cut fruit in yogurt. The raid could do better with minor tlc’s such as fixing/painting the scratches on toilet seat, making the shower draining faster and the play with entrance door latch etc to secure the front door, but am not going to take a star away for those minor things to me, but may be important for others. Some tips: The alleyway where the entrance door located does not appear on google maps, but it is signposted on the wall from the main gangway. So first time finding it may be tricky.

Some bad reviews on here are from previous ownership. We had an amazing experience at the Riad. Raquel was so welcoming and helpful, booking excursions, giving advice and even personally walking us to some difficult to find parts. We had an extremely early return flight and she bought special pastries that she knew my children liked and packed a breakfast for us. Hussein was always helpful and his breakfast is amazing! The rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. One night we just bought some chocolate, sat on the roof terrace playing cards and listening to the bustle of Marrakesh, brilliant. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Un sitio bonito y acogedor, camas muy cómodas, aire acondicionado, muy limpio, bien situado, personal muy amable, pero lo que de verdad nos cautivó fué Ismail. Es una persona humilde, cercana, amable, familiar, en fin, no tengo palabras para describir a este chico que nos ha robado el corazón a toda l familia. Cuando volvamos a Marrakech, iremos donde él esté, eso es seguro. Te recordaremos siempre Ismail.

Przywitała nas tu bardzo miło Soukaima. Niestety po załatwieniu formalności więcej jej nie zobaczyliśmy . Bardzo zaradna , potrafiąca szybko znaleźć właściwe rozwiązanie i mająca sporo różnych kontaktów. Sprawnie załatwiła nam dobrej jakości i w dobrej cenie transport do Essaouiry .Na prawdę o niej można pisać tylko dobrze .Zadowoleni byliśmy z niedużego ale przytulnego pokoju urządzonego w klimacie eco i bieli .Chociaż przydało by się jakieś okno wychodzące nie tylko na patio . Pierwsze śniadanie też było fajne . Potem już tak dobrze nie było .Ostatnie śniadanie w niedzielę to była totalna klapa. Niby w niedzielę nic nie można dokupić !? Lokalizacja jest nienajgorsza bo w sumie blisko wielu atrakcji . Małym minusem lokalizacji tego riadu jest niemożność podjechania taksówką .Osoby z ciężkim bagażem nie będą zadowolone .Rachid podający śniadania może się starał ale mu nie wychodziło .Może z powodu ograniczeń językowych ? Śniadania były opisane jako bardzo dobre ale do dobrego to jedynie to pierwsze mogło się zaliczyć. Były monotonne i po prostu skąpe. Chciałbym widzieć więcej plusów niż minusów ale niestety raczej bym tego miejsca nie polecał. Na zdjęciach w ofercie wszystko wyglądało dużo lepiej niż w rzeczywistości .

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans ce riad où nous avons été reçues chaleureusement. Malgré l'heure tardive un goûteux repas nous a été servi. La chambre est petite mais confortable. Le riad est situé près de la place Jeema el-Fna. Petit conseil : si un porteur vous aide avec votre bagage et sa "brouette". Il y a en des gentils et d'autres moins... 20 DH de pourboire suffit.

Llegué recomendada por unos amigos y ha sido una gran decepción. No había nadie a nuestra llegada, el olor de las habitaciones me impidió dormir el primer día. Llegaba olor de las alcantarillas por el desagüe del baño. El desayuno era un poco de pan, mantequilla y mermelada. Nada más. En ningún momento, nos atendió NADIE. Ni para la llegada ni para la salida. El Riad parecía medio cerrado. Una decepción enorme.

Cinque stelle di gradimento pienamente meritate. Ottima posizione, nel Souk della Medina, dalla quale raggiungere a piedi molti dei siti da vedete a Marrakech. Colazioni buone e abbondanti. Recentemente ristrutturato in modo molto apprezzabile con un misto di antico e rinnovato; ha camere, col bagno privato efficiente, belle e pulite. Aria condizionata. Tutto il riad è molto gradevole e pulito, ben tenuto. La terrazza, al secondo piano, permette momenti di piacevole relax. Rachel è una host accogliente e attenta alle esigenze della clientela offrendo assistenza in varie lingue, spagnolo, francese, inglese ecc fornendo assistenza anche per visite e spostamenti a Marrakesh e fuori la città.

Struttura semplice ma curata nei dettagli e molto pulita. Bella la terrazza al piano superiore per momenti rilassanti fuori dal caos della Medina. Colazione ottima con prodotti locali. Staff gentile e disponibile.
