Hôtel situé en plein he Orange mais malheureusement lors de notre dernier passage là-bas on était choqué par les travaux autour de l’hôtel qui nous en empêche de passer une nuit tranquille et aussi comme l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un parking privé le lendemain matin j’ai retrouvé la voiture remplie de poussière a cause des travaux de la commune de marrakech. Celui qui va là-bas en ce moment il va être surpris de l’état de lhevirnage de y’a 3 mois en arrière C est un chantier qui gâche toute la beauté de ce quartier surtout pendant les vacances d’été. Malheureusement ils ont pas trouvé d’autre période pour faire leur travaux qu en mois de juillet Août.

+ Hotel zentral gelegen + Zimmer schön, neu und gut ausgestattet + sauber + schöner Spa-Bereich - Dusche: Abfluss kaputt, Wassertemperatur schwer zu regulieren - Mitarbeiter:innen großteils nicht auf 5 Sterne-Niveau: Wir mussten z. B. an einem Tag vor 7h los (Frühstück startet um 7h) und haben gebeten, für uns ein kleines Frühstückspaket zum Mitnehmen zu packen. Das war nicht möglich. Bei der Abreise wurden wir auch nicht gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war und ob es etwas zu beanstanden gibt. - Frühstück: wurde serviert, wenige Auswahlmöglichkeiten, keine Spezialwünsche (z. B. glutenfrei, vegetarisch) möglich, keine Abwechslung, Service tlw. verbesserungswürdig (wurden einmal gut eine halbe Stunde ignoriert bis wir überhaupt bestellen durften)

Ich war mit meiner Frau im Jadali ich muss sagen es war wirklich erste klasse Zimmerservice Empfang usw. alles Top. Besonders muss ich im Service des Restaurants Tariq und Mourad loben. Ich komme wieder 👌🏽

This was a vary nice hotel property and the rooms very good size. I don't now if all rooms were the same but the sink and bathroom area are just separated by a curtain. Our stay included breakfast which was very good and offered many choices. The only drawback for our American group was they have no bar and no alcohol available. We did not use the spa.

An anniversary to remember with Jadali! A great experience at Jadali all staff were helpful and friendly greeted by Youssef who made everything smooth and easy, check in did not seem like the usual time taking experience we arrived and were checked in almost immediately with no wait or fuss. Youssef was able to familiarise us with all amenities and services we were able to enjoy. Me and my husband fell in love with the Hammam and the spa which was incredibly peaceful and worth every second a massive shout out to the ladies downstairs, we recommend fatim zahra and khadija both of which gave us an exceptional hammam experience providing a professional and extremely relaxing service. Jadali is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the luxury hivernage area. Just a short walk to both the busy area of Madina and the infamous square but also an equally short walk to a range of luxurious cafes and high end restaurants, for us it was the perfect in between being just 5 mins from both areas. During our stay we were aided by Said at reception whom advised us that he had just joined the team. Said seemed professional and informative and friendly, said was able to help us with every query we had and was able to recommend amenities in the area which would tailor to our itinerary. Said and Abdul Aziz made sure we were well taken care of with all needs such as international sockets and other requests at any given time! Receptionist staff made our stay a very welcoming and warm time. We read a few reviews regarding the rooms and the spa however we did not come across any issues with either during our stay. A lovely clean boutique and lavish hotel with an amazing restaurant cafe please do not let the reviews ruin your chance to experience the same experience we had. With love naeem and aamira.

Absolutely loved the stay at this hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and polite, The manager Yusuf was extremely helpful and went out of his way to accommodate. Would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay there again. 10/10 experience

Great stay at Jadali Hotel. Food was top-tier & team were exceptional in accommodating our needs. Will definitely be sure to stay here again when we’re back in Morocco. Namely Youssef, Tarik, Hanane, Yacine, Latifa, Kamal, Jamal, Emad, Hassan.

Hotel Jadali is a good hotel located in the downtown of Marrakech. It is a well designed boutique hotel that has warm and inviting tones that speak well of the North African esthetic. It is a modern design with attentive and friendly staff. It is a great option as opposed to grander and more expensive hotels downtown. A complaint I have is of the breakfast offering. The bread options are quite lackluster and have not very good options. No whites or wheats. The dining area can also do with an insect catcher or a device that can ward them off as this can be disruptive a-times. Also for taxi cab options , the hotel is better off helping guests with online ride hailing options as regular cab drivers can seriously inflate the prices of cab fares and this sometimes can cause some level of anxiety. Summarily it is a good hotel, however a few additions in customer service and meals will add extra notches to this hotel.

I travelled to Marrakesh for the first time with my best friend. We checked Jadali Hotel & Spa's reviews before booking our hotel. Surprising, we are so glad we made the best choice. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Everything was perfect, the room, so clean, comfortable beds. The room came with complimentary water, tea, apples and oranges and when they were finished it was replaced the next day. Hanane and her team were amazing. They were so helpful and provided everything we needed to know around Marrakesh. The breakfast was amazing, I have added some weight. Then finally the Spa treatment in the basement was fabulous. My friend and I had the Hammam black soap scrub and a neck and shoulder massage. My skin is so soft and glowing. My friends asked what have you done to your face, it looks amazing and i have recommended this hotel to them for facial treatment.

The location of Jadali Hotel is just perfect! The rooms offer stunning views and the staff is incredibly responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I dined at their restaurant 'Omazonia,' where the food was outstanding—fresh ingredients and excellent quality. The mesmerizing SPA, Yemaya, is a must-visit with a wide selection of treatments. The indoor pool and hamam are truly amazing. Overall, I had a wonderful and unforgettable experience at Jadali Hotel. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Marrakech!

A nice contemporary hotel located in the new part of the town. The hotel is 15 min walk from medina. I found it much convenient than staying in Medina which is significantly more crowded, slightly difficult to navigate through and has high chances of cheated. The restaurant on the ground floor with outdoor seating and roof top bar serves Amazon food and drinks. There are quite a few nice restaurants next to the hotel. Rooms are modern and fairly spacious.
