Riad Elite

Sehr gute Lage: ganz in der Nähe einiger der wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen (Saadier-Gräber, El-Badii-Palast, El-Bahia-Palast), allerdings war es für uns etwas schwierig, abends nach Hause zu laufen, weil wir die Straßen nehmen mussten, um zu den Riads zurückzukehren sind nicht gerade beruhigend. Durchschnittliche Struktur, kleineres Zimmer als auf den Fotos bei der Buchung gezeigt und ohne Fenster nach außen, aber sehr frisch und im Einklang mit der Idee eines Riads. Bringen Sie Ihren Haartrockner mit, da dieser vor Ort nicht vorhanden ist, obwohl bei der Buchung das Gegenteil angegeben wurde. Amine, die Besitzerin, war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit und ließ uns nie etwas vermissen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt dieser Struktur ist neben dem Besitzer und dem superfreundlichen Personal im Allgemeinen das Frühstück: sehr gut und serviert auf der Terrasse des Riads, eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Das Riad ist großartig, im Herzen der Medina. Die Lage ist ideal, sehr ruhig und in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten in Marrakesch. Der Manager ist sehr herzlich, freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn Sie Hilfe oder Informationen benötigen, ist er immer für Sie da. Und immer lächelnd :). Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, gesund und ausgewogen. Ich kann dieses schöne Riad uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Sie werden einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt haben!

WOW! We had the most amazing stay at Riad Elite made by such a welcoming host, Emmy and his incredible team. 5 star service with breakfast and always returning to a tidy room. Emmy was so helpful and never hesitated to offer his advice. We will DEFINITELY be back.

I was considering whether to give this Riad 5 or 4 stars. In the end I have decided to give it four stars to be fair. A little problem is I don't have really much to compare it to, when it comes to other Riads or stay over places in Marakkech, so I don't really know what are the local standarts. I could even understand somebody giving this place a 3 star review. I will start with the negative parts, but there were not many. I am not really aware what are the hygiene standarts in Morocco, but from my perspective, the place could had been prepared a little bit better. But to be fair, the price of the stay was relatively low, so it wasn't such a big of a deal. There wasn't a mess, the beds and rooms were nicely prepared, but there were some parts, which could had been cleaned, before a guest arrives. Another thing which wasn't the best was the wifi coverage. The wifi router was in the ground floor, so in the lobby or perhaps rooms nearby the signal was great. Our room was on the opposite side and one floor above, so the signal wasn't reaching our room properly, we were getting disconnected very often on our phones, while being on our phones. Other than this we didn't really experience any other issues and the place was great. The staff was always very helpful and nice to us. When we asked, they served us tea or coffee for free (I was asking whether we could get some tea, that I am willing to pay for it and they refused money for it). The guy who was taking care of the place was always willing to have a conversation, or paid attention to me immediately when I came to ask him something. He helped us organize our trip into the desert, gave us some tips around the town and helped us solve any problem we had. So the quality of customer service was very good and I give that 5 stars. The quality of the rooms wasn't bad for the money we paid for it so I would give that something between 3-4 stars. So that is why I give this place in total 4 stars.

My family and i only stayed one night here but i must say we loved it. The Riad was so clean and staff were very welcoming. I want to say a huge thank you to Emine who really showed us amazing hospitality and provided a delicious breakfast. Emine went above and beyond and informed us of the must visit places during our time in Marrakesh and recommended food options to us which was so helpful. I am for sure going to be coming back!

The staff was super nice and very helpful. The Riad was beautiful! Room was very nice. Having breakfast in Riad Elite terrace is a true and unforgettable experience . .The Riad itself is an amazing building, the rooms deliver oriental tradition . . .

Arrivati a Marrakech ci presentiamo al Riad Elite con la prenotazione fatta dalla nostra agenzia viaggi. Ci comunicano che non c'è nessuna prenotazione a nostro nome anche se ce l'avevamo in mano. Il tempo di contattare la nostra agenzia e capire quale potesse essere il disguido ed il ragazzo ci dice che ci sarebbe una camera libera ma che volevano un importo praticamente pari a quello già pagato ma in contanti. A questo punto la nostra agenzia viaggi, vista la situazione ci ha trovato un altra soluzione e si è rivalsa in modo legale verso il Riad per riavere la quota già versata. Comportamento veramente disonesto.

Dopo un lungo viaggio in Marocco ci ritroviamo in questo Riad a Marrakech...senza infamia e senza lode...camera piccola e senza finestre...aria condizionata sufficiente...non abbiamo fatto colazione avendo il volo presto...va bene per una notte di passaggio...zona appartata che non mi è sembrata troppo pericolosa...si può fare di più...rapporto qualità prezzo normale...

Un Riad magnifique au cœur de Marrakech, à deux pas du Palais Royal. Et surtout un personnel accueillant et bienveillant, merci à eux. Un lieu parfait dans le quartier de Casbah pour découvrir Marrakech et ses alentours. Un Riad à recommander sans hésiter.
