Gutes 5 Sterne Hotel. Casino gleich nebenan. Eingespielter, routinierter Service. Liegt im beschäftigten Malate. Diverse Clubs in der Nähe. Viel Armut auf der Strasse. Man wird immer wieder um Geld gebeten. Pool und Sprudelbad für meinen Geschmack zu klein.

Der Aufenthalt im Sheraton war toll. Besonders freuten wir uns über die Badewanne im Zimmer. Der Service ist auch grandios. Wir waren einige Stunden zu früh und durch vorangegangenen Stress mit den Nerven am Ende. Beim Einchecken fiel uns dann auf dass wir viel zu früh waren. Aber wir durften ohne Aufpreis direkt ins Zimmer. Dafür waren wir sehr dankbar. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, aber der Frühstücksraum leider zu klein. Die Schlange der wartenden war sehr lang. Wir bekamen im Cafe gegenüber die Möglichkeit uns hinzusetzen und das Frühstück zu genießen. Die Lage ist leider nicht so gut, wie bei anderen Hotels.

Ich bin mit meinen Freunden nach Manila gereist und habe mich für einen Aufenthalt entschieden. Die Umgebung in der Hotellobby war in Ordnung, aber die Inneneinrichtung hat etwas zu lange gedauert und die Ausstattung war etwas veraltet. Ich hoffe, dass in Bezug auf Service und Hotelumgebung mehr Anstrengungen unternommen werden können !

I love the location its near to everything First stay My kids loved to stay here because of the welcoming staff and the amazing care for the kids which the kids had so they always want to stay here Second time the treatment was so cold and far away from first experience Even for the kids Also the staff who were at the entrance of the restaurant were rude Before check up I complained to the management and they listened carefully and tried to make it up by treat us with some icecream Any way thats my experience But at general the hotel is clean and near from activities near by malate

Great hotel to stay. Near the US Embassy and very secure hotel For accomodations. Restuarants very near and very convenient especially if you like japanese and korean dish.

First time to stay at this hotel since it is no longer the Pan Pacific. Generally the hotel is much brighter. The food has improved significantly and the lobby bar is cosy. Some downsides. Front desk were not helpful in encouraging me to book again as they said my partner could not check in before me if her name was not on the reservation. As we are aware Trip.com only allows for one name on the reservation. So they lost the business to a competitor. On a note of more concern. My laundry was handled atrociously. I believe it has been washed but certainly not ironed. Absolutely unwearable. All else fine.

1. Service: While the staff were diligent, I noticed that fulfilling requests often took longer than expected and sometimes required multiple staff members to complete a single task. This inconsistency, while not overly disruptive, did affect the smoothness of my stay. 2. Birthday Celebration: I requested a birthday celebration, but the offerings were limited to a balloon and a towel shaped like a cake, which didn’t meet my expectations. In my experience, other 5-star hotels usually provide a complimentary cake without needing to ask, especially my actual birthday is during my one week stay. I only received a cake after making a direct request. 3. Amenities: I was disappointed that the room did not include a coffee machine for coffee capsules. This is a standard amenity in many 5-star hotels. 4. Highlight Service: One positive note was that the hotel accommodated my request to reheat squid ink rice from an outside restaurant (see pic for reference)

It was very convenient to walk to the mall for dining and shopping. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items.

Business hotel. Service was polite and room was average

Amazing food, Amazing room I was relaxed. I so love it the most.

The break fast ambience and arrangement was so nice. I appreciate overall. The staff in reception is to be more polite.

Located on a street that heavily populated with korean and japanese food, you will need to walk a bit to reach other choice 5-10mins, few mins to robinson mall and mcdonald’s is a plus for me

The service is the best and excellent room

This manila bay hotel goes out of its way to ensure guest satisfaction. They always treat you like a close member of the Sheraton family. There service is above standard and their hospitality well above par. Dont miss out and see for yourself how this particular hotel stands out from the others from food to beverage to baggage handling.
