I had an excellent experience during my stay at Vivanta and the event hosted there. From the very beginning, the pre-visit communication with the Shalini was exceptional. Shalini and her team were professional, prompt, and extremely helpful in answering all my queries and ensuring that every detail was planned to perfection. Their proactive approach and assistance made me feel confident and well-prepared even before my arrival. During my stay, the staff continued to impress me with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The event hosted at the hotel was equally outstanding. Shalini and her team ensured everything ran seamlessly, from the setup to the catering. Every aspect of the event was managed with great care and precision. The venue was beautifully maintained and well-equipped, providing the perfect ambiance for the occasion. Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with the level of service provided at every stage—from pre-visit planning to the stay and event execution. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team and Shalini for making this experience so smooth and memorable. I will highly recommend Vivanta to others and look forward to returning in the future! Die Lage und der Speiseservice im Zimmer von Stieglitz sind sehr gut. Ich hatte jedoch nicht das Gefühl, dass das Geld, das ich bezahlt habe, angemessen ist. Es gab kein kostenloses WLAN und die Kosten für kostenpflichtiges WLAN waren ziemlich lächerlich. Annehmlichkeiten wie Trinkwasser und sogar Toilettenpapier wurden nicht aufgefüllt und mussten nachgefragt werden. Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten, zumal ich diese grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten bekommen kann, ohne in billigeren Hotels in der Nähe zu fragen.

Oktober im AJ Grand Elite Hotel, Mangalore, und es war eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für alle zu gewährleisten. Deepa comforts is near to the Railway station and near to TMA Pai Convention centre . The rooms are well maintained and clean . Had problem with the water kettle . On request the technician was not ready to change the kettle , they told to push the loose connection wire and it worked too in his presence . Didnt try the next time . Breakfast was average . Check in and check out was fast

We were checked into this Hotel by a friend for 5 nights as it was her wedding. The room was small, no complaints here as we were a part of a large wedding group and hosted by the friend. The Location of the Hotel is good. They have couple of restaurants serving veg as well as Non.Veg cuisine. The food was good. The Gym in the next building was old and musty with broken down equipments. The service was good.

Very courteous and helpful staff, who booked my room in advance on phone though i was uncertain about my trip. Made payment later. Room was good though AC which wasn't working was rectified when brought to notice. Buffet breakfast simple and sumptuous. Help for arrangement of transport also readily done by reception staff. Hotel near main market so convenient.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mangalore on the 17th of October 2023, where I was greeted with a warm welcome despite my late arrival at night after a 12-hours long journey. One of the first things that captured my attention was a stunning wall-to-wall mural behind the front office desk. This remarkable artwork vividly depicted the cultural heritage of Karnataka, featuring Kola performances, Kambala races, and other local traditions that have gained recent pan-India popularity thanks to the movie ”Kantara.” It served as a captivating introduction to the exciting experiences that awaited me during my stay. Let's talk about the accommodation. The rooms were tastefully appointed and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the Skylight Suites, which, while lacking a balcony, featured a beautifully decorated and spacious sitting area with a skylight adjacent to the main room. This clever design made the room feel more expansive. However, it's worth mentioning that the washrooms could benefit from better ventilation. In terms of dining, the food was satisfactory, but I would suggest diversifying the menu to include more vegetarian options to cater to a wider range of preferences. Now, let me highlight the standout feature of my stay – the in-house transportation services provided by the hotel. They operated with exceptional efficiency, boasting well-maintained and spotlessly clean vehicles. The chauffeurs were not only punctual but also displayed the utmost professionalism. I must give a special commendation to Mr. Balraj, who not only ensured our smooth transport to the temples we had planned to visit but also offered valuable insights into darshan durations. His willingness to take us to additional temples during our journeys, such as the Mariamman Temple in Mangalore, Rajarajeshwari Temple in Polali, Bappanadu Parameshwari Temple in Mulki, and Uchchila Maha Lakshmi on the way to Udupi (and possibly more that I can't recall at the moment) was truly exceptional. His knowledge of cultural immersion opportunities, especially during Navratris, was remarkable, and he even introduced us to experiences like the Yakshagana performance at Kadri Manjunatheswar. As my trip had a strong focus on pilgrimage, his insights into these sacred places were invaluable. His careful and considerate approach as a driver was exemplary. Not once did he engage in rash driving, even in the challenging and treacherous forested, mountainous routes that we encountered. Furthermore, Mr. Balraj's helpful nature shone brightly throughout our journey. With my elderly parents accompanying me, his assistance was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, offering his support at every turn. His unwavering dedication to both our safety and enjoyment of the trip made him an indispensable part of our experience. Mr. Balraj truly embodies the spirit of excellence in service.
