Wir waren schon des Öfteren in dieser sehr schönen Anlage und wir sind immer wieder aufs Neue fasziniert, was dort in kurzer Zeit neues geschaffen wurde. Eine sehr saubere Umgebung, Appartements sehr sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Freizeitangebote, Pools auch für Kinder, Whirlpools, sehr toll auch der Ruhepool, also für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei Wir waren in Familie mit Kindern und Enkelkinder, die sich hier schon beim ersten Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Sicherheit wird sehr groß geschrieben, denn an den Pools saßen Schwimmmeister. Wer verwöhnt werden möchte kann dort alle Mahlzeiten einnehmen.

Super schönes Hotel, direkt am Strand. Wir buchten mit Frühstück, Personal wat sehr freundlich. Alles war top, jedoch fehlte am Abend eine schöne Bar auf dem Gelände, in dem man länger sitzen konnte. Wir haben die Pools, Whirlpools, Minigolf sehr gern genutzt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer im 2.Stock war grandios.

Very nice place! Friendly and serviceminded staff. A well kept resort with many possible activities. This is a perfect spot for a family holiday. Great pool area and nice access to the sea. Quiet at night so you can sleep well. Met all our expectations.

This was a great hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were a group of 12 travelling for my moms 60th birthday and we all loved it. The rooms were very clean and modern with all the facilities we needed in a 1 bed apartment. The staff could not be more helpful and spoke great English. The free shuttle was on hand to take us where we needed to when we needed. They took us to the supermarket, local towns and the port where you can get the ferry to most places on the lake! If your looking for a party holiday it wouldn't be suitable. There is no entertainment and only 1 restaurant on site, but this was fine for us as we had 2 young kids with us who just enjoyed swimming in the pools and lake and we just made use of the communal bbq on an evening. I could not fault one thing! Absolutely stunning location and lovely staff and hotel! Can't wait to come back again!

Easy check in, and easy to find via WAZE. Room was basic but clean and the allocated parking space was a bonus. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Good Great pools Clean Nice area lots of restaurants Friendly staff Allocated parking space Well kept gardens Breakfast ( but only allowed 1 cappuccino each then you had to pay ) Bad Adult pool and hot tub abused by selfish parents who let their kids jump about and use the facilities. Not enforced by the hotel TV in gym - unable to make it work and no instructions The 2nd entrance that we had to use is on a tiny narrow road with vegetation hitting the side of the car as it was overgrown No alcohol allowed around the adult pool and the beach bar was 100 yards away to get any drinks

It was absolutely amazing stay there. The hotel, warm pool, restaurant, rooms were stunning. But the best thing about this hotel are people. I have already been in hubdreds of appartments in all around the world. And I pick really good one , but I would most likely to come back to this hotel. People were really perfect. It is impossible to make a mistake if you go to this place ❤️

THE STAFF STEAL AND LIE!! BEWARE AT ALL COSTS! I put a pack of cigarettes on sun lounger, went to the pool, came back and it was gone, it was early morning and the only person who was around was a staff member. The same happened another day, left towel there and only person around was the pool attendant. When confronting the staff about it, they lie through their teeth and also say it’s at their discretion to take whatever is on the sun loungers, will NEVER stay here again

We hadden een heerlijke vakantie in San Sivino! We verbleven in een superior tweeslaapkamer-appartement: heel ruim en prachtig zicht op de tuin en het meer, twee ruime slaapkamers en twee badkamers, goed ingerichte keuken en airco. Ruime koelkast met diepvriesvak, groot balkon voorzien van tafel, stoelen en parasol en een eigen parkeerplaats onder de carport. Toen we aankwamen was het appartement heel proper en fris, het poetspersoneel verdient een bloemetje! Het domein heeft alles wat wij wensen op vakantie: grote en zeer goed onderhouden tuin, fantastisch leuke zwembaden (ook een quiet pool voor volwassenen die wat meer rust wensen), voldoende ligbedden voor alle gasten, pingpongtafels, minigolf, speeltuin, drie keer per week aquagym, fitness, wellness en schoonheidssalon, toegang tot het meer waar een kiosk is met drankjes en ijsjes. Vriendelijke receptie, winkeltje onder het restaurant waar je 's ochtends lekkere croissants en stokbrood kan halen, 's avonds rust en stilte om goed te kunnen slapen. We hadden een fantastisch verblijf aan het Gardameer, en kunnen San Sivino absoluut aanraden!

Complesso in posizione splendida, immerso nel verde, con vista lago suggestiva. Comprende molti appartamenti, per nulla insonorizzati, in cui se si è sfortunati si è disturbati dalle urla e dal rumore dei vicini. Lo spazio comune è vivibile e molto ben attrezzato. Ben attrezzati anche gli appartamenti, nei quali però la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Avevamo prenotato attratti dalla presenza di un'area "quiet pool" con piscine riservate agli adulti, in cui si promette silenzio e possibilità di relax; purtroppo, però, manca qualsiasi controllo che garantisca ai clienti quanto promesso. A questo si aggiunge la maleducazione di numerosi ospiti con cani che, nonostante la presenza di un'apposita area cani, portano i loro amici a quattro zampe a fare i propri bisogni negli splendidi prati attrezzati con lettini e ombrelloni, in cui bambini e adulti camminano a piedi nudi... Chi dirige la struttura si affida alla civiltà degli ospiti, ma di fatto non garantisce la fruibilità dei servizi che vende. Peccato: ci dispiace, ma non torneremo.
