Die Hygiene ist akzeptabel, aber die Umgebung ist wirklich unbefriedigend. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, der Aufzug ist alt und laut und die Bodenknöpfe sind kurz davor, kaputt zu gehen. Nur ein Teil der Zimmer auf der gleichen Etage wird als Hotelzimmer genutzt, und die Zusammensetzung der Bewohner stellt sich relativ komplex dar. Vor dem Hintergrund der allgemeinen Sicherheitsbedenken muss man sich um die persönliche Sicherheit sorgen. An der Tür des Zimmers ist kein Diebstahlschloss, zur Sicherheit musste ich den Tisch zum Schlafen an die Tür stellen. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind alt, das Geräusch der Klimaanlage ist wie ein Motormotor, man kann sie nur nachts ausschalten, wenn man schläft. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, aber es gibt einen Wasserkocher auf dem Gasherd, aber der Gasherd kann nicht benutzt werden, also kann man nur kaltes Wasser trinken. Check-in und Check-out sind super umständlich. Ich habe es gerade mal eine Nacht durchgehalten und bin gleich im Morgengrauen in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt, und ich werde das nächste Mal nie wieder hier übernachten. Der Vorteil ist, dass es relativ billig ist, in der Nähe des SM-Einkaufszentrums und der Transport relativ bequem ist.

This hotel is in a very good location, just in front of Megamall, very good access to the mall for your essentials and other things to do. The only bad thing I have for this stay is that the room we are in has a bad wifi connection, I've stayed in this hotel before but I think I was in a room with a good connection than this current one.

We always love it here. Aside from this is the most affordable, I love that they have 2 pools so it can accommodate many guests. Though some furnitures need upgrading and fixing, my kids still love it here. The location is also very good since it is just across Megamall where you can buy almost anything if you miss something or eat anything depending on your cravings. So this hotel I must say is highly recommended to families out there!! 🤗

I frequently stay in this hotel whenever I go for a vacation. This hotel is very accessible and convenient to many government offices restaurants and shopping malls. Amenities need some upgrade. Bed and linens were comfortable I always have a good sleep.

I love the place and the reception. The room is very spacious, and worth more than you paid for. Our stay (my daughter and I) but we loved it. Tho the ac may be quite the outdated type, still it served its purpose.  The receptionists are accommodating, and the release of the deposit payment was acted on fast.  Thank you, BSA TWIN TOWERS! Best location. But I woke up with these dead roaches on the floor. They have WiFi but no internet so you can’t watch any shows.

We love our stay it is just across Megamall which is very convenient! The staff are very friendly. All our requests were granted.

Near the mall and easy access to transportation. We stayed here for a night ro prepare for an event.

Its my 3rd time in bsa twin tower, the location is very good, the staff are friendly,what i dont like is the room that i book in my last visit in bsa, the space in between the bed is too narrow to move around, you need to cross over to the bed to go to dresser and cabinet. It’s inconvenient for us.

worst accommodation ever! not recommendable.poor service. damage rest room tank ..damage door lock.. room stinks… elevator so slow..hotel doesn’t have the hotel vibe.. doesn’t smell nice.. parking is dirty. will never come back and not stay here

Overall our stay was pleasant and there were no major issues. However, we were going to arrive late and so I wanted to inform the front desk in advance. I tried to call their number but I keep getting redirected to either the admin or security line. I'm not sure if it's a routing issue but no one was picking up from the front desk whenever I got transferred. It was a frustrating experience but the location was very convenient and the check-in process was quick.

The best thing about the place is about the location as it is directly across SM Megamall. Cleanliness: the room is infested with cockroaches and some other bugs. The Linens could be cleaner, as they are evidently old and grayish. We booked 2 rooms and the other room had a very intense smell. It is a very powerful male perfume that coated the whole room, and we cannot do anything to eliminate it. As most members of my family are asthmatic with perfume allergies, we couldn't stay at the other room at all. Service: It is quite good, the staff, including the guards are very friendly and approachable. Amenities and Facilities: - The room only have bar soap, shampoo, and towels. There are free no toothbrush, vanity kit nor slippers as they are charged upon request. There is only 1 toilet paper available per room, and it was a challenge to ask for an extra roll. No face towel nor paper towels too. On a brighter side, the room is very spacious with lots of storage spaces, with a kitchenette containing stove, microwave, huge fridge and electric heater available. - I do not think there is room service available as there are no menus in the room. - The gym is free access for hotel guests, but take note that there are also building residents that uses the same gym so it gets crowded at times as there are not much equipment available, aside from cardio machines. - Lastly, there is a 300 peso charge for overnight parking. There are no rate differences between a 4-wheeled car and a 2 wheeled motorcycle. The carpark is great for cars, however, the parking slots for motorcycles can improve. It is very dark with no lights, lots of mosquitoes, and very cramped.
