Das Zimmer ist sehr groß In der Nähe des Etihad-Stadions von Manchester City, ideal zum Fußballschauen Es ist nicht einfach, direkt neben dem Hotel zu parken. Achten Sie daher besonders darauf, nicht mehrere Tage zu bezahlen, wenn Sie online für das Parken an der Straße bezahlen, denn selbst wenn Sie für das Parken am nächsten Tag bezahlen, wird das System dies nicht berücksichtigen und Sie können nur bezahlen gegen 8 Uhr wieder. Das ist in Ordnung für uns, die wir Jetlag haben. Zum Essen ist es nicht bequem, aber Sie können ein Taxi in die Innenstadt nehmen Der Gesamtservice des Hotels ist gut

Schönes sauberes Zimmer und modernes sauberes Duschezimmer. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage und in einem einfachen Zugang zum Stadtzentrum. Ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet, aber das Restaurant ist ziemlich klein und wird sehr beschäftigt, so dass es am besten zu vermeiden Spitzenzeit.

Das war so ein schönes Hotel! Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir buchten für zwei Nächte und weil die erste Nacht einige Rohrprobleme hatte, mussten wir Zimmer zwischen den beiden Nächten wechseln. Wir bekamen jedoch für die zwei Tage ein komplimentäres Frühstück, so dass es für sie geschaffen wurde. Die Zimmer waren super schön und sauber, das Hotel ist seit Jahren umgekommen und Sie können die Geschichte vollkommen fühlen und erleben! Aber sie haben es auch aktualisiert, so dass es eine moderne Seite zu ihm gibt (wie die Waschräume sind alle neu renoviert). Ich würde das Frühstück auch wirklich empfehlen, weil nicht nur das Essen groß ist, das allgemeine Restaurant und Bar-Raum ist wunderschön. Dieses ist auch ein Haustier-freundliches Hotel, so dass wir auch genießen, einige furry Freunde zu sehen!

Room is very clean with complete amneties. Very good location, just walking distance to nearby attractions, mall and tram stations as well. Wifi is good, bed and room is comfortable with kitchen and microwave. Great view, I've got the one looking at the Manchester Cathedral, absolutely love it. Just something to take note is that some rooms requires a small flight of stairs, so need to carry the luggage up/down. Something to note if you're with heavy luggages. But I managed anyway.

Das Hotelzimmer ist älter und das Bett ist klein und hart. Das Zimmer hatte keine ausreichende Heizung und war sehr kalt. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr praktisch.

Our stay at this hotel was lovely.The people at the front desk were friendly and warm and really helpful.The lady at the bar was also lovely and friendly.Every staff that we encountered at this hotel was lovely. The hotel has beautiful ambience and modern decor. The location of this hotel is super convenient as it’s very close to the city Center which by walking is about 6minutes.It is also close to the Manchester Picadilly train/tram station. The hotels location is also convenient to restaurants and a nice place called Spinningfield which is a 20 minute walk. We would stay again😊😊🙂

I've stayed at this particular hotel previously (almost exactly a year ago) and my experience this time around is not as good. Firstly, the good things are the location and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you would need. Now for the negatives. When I checked in I was surprised that I was given a twin room, although I believed I had booked a double. It turns out in small print there was something that said I might be given a twin - but this is more the fault of trip.com so I will not mark this hotel down because of it. The hotel was fully booked so they unfortunately couldn't move me into a double room. However, they were not proactive at all at trying to come up with a solution - they didn't suggest moving me to another room on another day, and they did not suggest that they could push the twin beds together to create a double - I only discovered this after a couple of days later when I pushed the beds together and then housekeeping was happy to dress the beds as a double. Cleanliness was generally pretty good, and while I don't expect perfection, there were a couple of areas that needed work. The space under the bathroom counter was very dusty and I came across two dusty old fries next to the bed. Part way through my stay, the LED lights in the kitchenette started having issues. Housekeeping said they would report this and someone would come to fix it. Nobody ever came to fix it. On one of the busy mornings, one of the lifts stopped working. The staff didn't inform any guests and so a lot of time was wasted and guests eventually figured out they had to use the stairs.

Had a short stay but found the location ideal, close to main transport links. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar area is really cool. The room had a bit of a cheap feel to it, and I understand they are going for an industrial/retro look, but that just felt like an excuse to be really cheap in room design. Could also hear the plumbing from other rooms at all times.

Hotel is excellent room and views are lovely. Location is excellent and majority of staff were nice. Only a few issues they give and charge you for doubles in the bar when the menu only gives single prices. The response from the barmaid was you never specified a single when that should be as standard. Also take 50 pound a night for cover in case you spend in the hotel but only refunded 97.60 for the 2 nights. Although we didn’t spend anything on the room. The hotel is super but just those 2 things took the shine of a really great stay.

A great hotel in the city centre and 50yds from Bridgewater Hall so ideal for any concerts. 60yds from the Conference Centre. A short 10min walk to Albert Square and the many shops, cafes and centre.  Nice room/beds/bathroom - no issues  Breakfast - well stocked buffet style, with coffee/tea/juice and pastries/Danish and continental style also.  TBH - stayed here a few times when it was a Jury’s Inn but now Leonardo’s - no issues.
