Beliebte 4-Sterne-Hotels in Manchester

Die Lage des Hotels und die Aussicht waren außergewöhnlich. Leider war das WLAN im 11. Stock sehr schlecht und in der heutigen Zeit nicht akzeptabel. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem 4-Sterne-Standard, aber es war akzeptabel, insbesondere das Bett war bequem. Das Badezimmer war sehr, sehr müde und es gab Schimmelspuren im Badezimmer, außerdem fehlte der Stöpsel in der Badewanne und obwohl wir es am zweiten Tag an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthalts nichts unternommen, um es zu reparieren.

Front Entry zum Hotel war ein starker Flug von Treppen, niemand war da, um Gepäck zu tragen und meine Tasche war schwer. Nicht ein glücklicher Kunde zu starten! Sehr kleine Rezeption am oberen Rand der Treppe.angenehmen Mitarbeiter, aber nur ein Zimmer war zeitnah bei der Kontrolle bereit. Wir konnten bis 5 Uhr überleben, indem wir die Vielfalt der Restaurants in der Umgebung auschecken. Dies ist eine gute zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück war gut, Selbstbedienung Buffet & Hot Food, Service variiert. Sehr angenehmes Personal. Das Zimmer war seltsam geformt, die Dusche sah gut aus, aber es war schwer zu arbeiten. Angemessener Schrankraum ; ich wünsche nur moderne Hotels mehr Draht. Nicht das beste Indigo Hotel, das ich in der Regel geblieben habe, sondern eine zuverlässige Hotelkette.

Ausstattung: Die Hotelausstattung ist relativ neu. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, verfügen aber über alles, was Sie brauchen. Es ist sicherer, den Aufzug zu benutzen, indem Sie die Zimmerkarte durchziehen. Hygiene: Am ersten Tag, als ich eincheckte, stellte ich fest, dass die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt worden war. Nachdem ich es an der Rezeption gemeldet hatte, wurde die Bettwäsche schnell durch brandneue ersetzt und entschuldigte sich wiederholt. Umgebung: Die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind bequem. Nach Chinatown sind es 800 Meter und etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß.

Loved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome. Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in. The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added??? But it was still good nevertheless. The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points. Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well. Would totally recommend this hotel😊😊😊

A great hotel in the city centre and 50yds from Bridgewater Hall so ideal for any concerts. 60yds from the Conference Centre. A short 10min walk to Albert Square and the many shops, cafes and centre.  Nice room/beds/bathroom - no issues  Breakfast - well stocked buffet style, with coffee/tea/juice and pastries/Danish and continental style also.  TBH - stayed here a few times when it was a Jury’s Inn but now Leonardo’s - no issues.

I've stayed at this particular hotel previously (almost exactly a year ago) and my experience this time around is not as good. Firstly, the good things are the location and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you would need. Now for the negatives. When I checked in I was surprised that I was given a twin room, although I believed I had booked a double. It turns out in small print there was something that said I might be given a twin - but this is more the fault of trip.com so I will not mark this hotel down because of it. The hotel was fully booked so they unfortunately couldn't move me into a double room. However, they were not proactive at all at trying to come up with a solution - they didn't suggest moving me to another room on another day, and they did not suggest that they could push the twin beds together to create a double - I only discovered this after a couple of days later when I pushed the beds together and then housekeeping was happy to dress the beds as a double. Cleanliness was generally pretty good, and while I don't expect perfection, there were a couple of areas that needed work. The space under the bathroom counter was very dusty and I came across two dusty old fries next to the bed. Part way through my stay, the LED lights in the kitchenette started having issues. Housekeeping said they would report this and someone would come to fix it. Nobody ever came to fix it. On one of the busy mornings, one of the lifts stopped working. The staff didn't inform any guests and so a lot of time was wasted and guests eventually figured out they had to use the stairs.

Achten Sie daher besonders darauf, nicht mehrere Tage zu bezahlen, wenn Sie online für das Parken an der Straße bezahlen, denn selbst wenn Sie für das Parken am nächsten Tag bezahlen, wird das System dies nicht berücksichtigen und Sie können nur bezahlen gegen 8 Uhr wieder. Das ist in Ordnung für uns, die wir Jetlag haben. Zum Essen ist es nicht bequem, aber Sie können ein Taxi in die Innenstadt nehmen Der Gesamtservice des Hotels ist gut

Pros:Clean, stylish interior, excellent customer service, smellis good in all areas, shops nearby, big rooms for UK standard. Con: Not much options for buffet breakfast. Highly recommend !

Das Zimmer war von einem großen Standard l. Das Bett war weich und Sie können einen schönen Nachtslafen haben. Das Bad war ein zusätzlicher Bonus! Die Lage im Nordquartier von Manchester ist gut. Weihnachtszeiten sind Sie nahe den Märkten und Feierliche Vibe! Sie sind nur kurz zu Fuß von vielen Geschäften und es gibt auch viele Bars und Essens! Insgesamt war es ein toller Ort für eine kurze Stadtreise entfernt.
