Really really bad service, especially a Asian reception staff. Firstly, we live in a room which is close to a barbecue restaurant downstairs, the smoke directly poured into the room so we asked for a change around 3 pm, but accidentally to be told that all the rooms are fully booked. However, meanwhile we can see a lot of guests standing in the hall to wait for a check-in. Liar! Secondly, the handle of the window in my room cannot be turned so the window kept open. When we called the reception (Asian man) for help but he just gave us an excuse “ The handle truly cannot be turned for some’ security reason’, and all the rooms are the same.” It was such a windy day and we lived in a room with an open window, suffering from coldness. After our repeated requests, the reception finally gave us a new room, and we found that the windows of the new room could be closed normally. But the Asian receptionist who was caught lying didn't even offer an apology. Liar! Thirdly, the air conditioner is my original room is broken, some receptionist who checked our room also gave us an excuse like “every room is the same ,just take it easy”, but this problem is totally missing when we moved into the new room— the air conditioner can work well. Above all, I’m just wondering whether the manager of this hotel is teaching his staff to lie to the guests to comfort every guest, or the Asian receptionist is exactly a ******, who treats people of different colors differently, treating me as an *****. I hope the hotel can give me a fair explanation.
