Die besten Hotels in Mancha Real, Spanien

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden, dass die Hotelversorgung industrieller Art und nur wenig humanisiert ist. Dieses Hotel ist schließlich sehr unmenschlich. In wenigen Tagen, innerhalb der gleichen Woche, habe ich 3 Tage im Hotel Infanta Cristina gehabt und habe Ihren Raum und die unmenschliche Behandlung geschätzt. Ich musste 2 Seiten eines Manifest-Schrifts für die JAEN-Stadt gegenüber der UNESCO drucken und habe mich vor der möglichen schlechten Druckqualität und trotzdem vor der Gebühr von 10 Mio. € Euro pro Seite gewarnt, Eine deutliche Botschaft, die den Bedürfnissen des Kunden entgegensteht; natürlich habe ich den Druck nicht gemacht, ich ging in ein alternatives Hotel (wo ich noch nicht einmal Gast war und ich wurde kostenlos und auf dem Weg gedruckt. Auch für 2 Personen wurde die Buchung gestellt, die zweite Person konnte jedoch nicht reisen und Gast**** wegen des Todes eines direkten Familienangehörigen, indem sie einen Ausgleich für die höhere Zahlung beantragte, indem sie einen nicht vertraglichen Frühstücksbuffet erhielt, Die Antwort lautet: ”Das ist nicht möglich, weil die Vorbehalte des Großhändlers keine Änderungen zulassen”. Ich werde versuchen, die Behandlung für künftige Vorbehalte zu berücksichtigen. Vielen Dank.

Das hoteleigene Restaurant öffnet erst um 8:30 Uhr abends. Dies kann daran liegen, dass es sich um eine kleine Stadt handelt. Die Kellner im Restaurant sprechen überhaupt kein Englisch und verlassen sich darauf, dass Baidu die Speisekarte anzeigt. Es gibt einen Park neben dem Hotel und die Einrichtungen sind durchschnittlich.

Booked this hotel as a base to visit Baeza/Ubeda/Jaen and it was perfect for what we wanted. Clean, modern hotel close to the motorways (which you don't hear) to the 3 cities mentioned before. But also only a bit more than an hour to Granada and Cordoba. Massive free parking lot available. Probably because this hotel seems very popular to host wedding parties. And unlike the motorway. These can be heard from your room even with the sliding door closed. As it was April and the weather not that great it didn't bother me though. 2 big positives were the mattresses and pillows. Where normally in Spain I utterly hate the pillows. These were marvelous. The memoryfoam provides good support while one of the others provides height. Combined with lovely mattresses gave me the best sleep in ages. Better than my own bed. The breakfast is a good buffet style, in (again) a modern designed room. However the accoustics are not that great. So if I had to come up with a downside it would be the echo chamber that is the breakfast room. If I'd ever return to visit Jaen I would without a doubt come back here

Das Hotel Europa verfügt über sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Flachbild-TV. An der Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte waren auch vorhanden. Das Bett war auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer können nur mit einer Schlüsselkarte betreten werden und sind somit sehr sicher. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich; jedoch sprechen nur einige Mitarbeiter englisch. 24Stunden Rezeption. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Es sind sogar zwei Computer für Gäste vorhanden. Das Hotel ist behindertengerecht eingerichtet, da ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich zusätzlich eine Rampe für Rollstuhlfahrer. Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Man kann aber sein Auto im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus abstellen. Das Parkhaus hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Kirchen, Restaurants und Cafe können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider gab es bei diesem Hotel auch ein paar Mängel. Das im Zimmer befindliche Bett war für meine Körpergrösse von 196 Zentimeter etwas zu kurz. Ausserdem gab es technische Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Am laufenden Band fiel die Klimaanlage aus. Die Mitarbeiter konnten dieses Problem auch nicht beheben. Sehr enttäuscht war ich über das Frühstück. Ich hatte das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht. Im Hotel wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, das es erst um 7.30 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Das ist für mich leider zu spät gewesen. Auf meine Bitte sahen sich die Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage, bereits um 6.30 Uhr ein Frühstück anzubieten. Es gab lediglich eine Tasse Kaffee. Das ist sehr enttäuschend, da ich früh abreisen musste.

Ausgezeichnete Lage über Jaen. Alles ist sehr schön und neu renoviert. Bäder sehr gut konzipiert - endlich genügend Abstellfläche für zwei Gäste. Restaurant: gute Qualität, aber man ist zu zwei manchmal in dem riesigen Saal etwas verloren. Leider ist die Qualität des Servicepersonals (je nach diensthabender Crew) sehr unterschiedlich. Die Skala geht von sehr gut bis katastrophal (Typus Staatsangestellte im früheren Osteuropa).

Das Zimmer war so groß wie die Betten und etwas mehr, sehr klein. Die Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett mit dem, was, wenn Sie es anzünden, gibt Ihnen voll und kann nicht sein und wenn Sie es ausschalten, macht eine schreckliche Wärme und kann nicht sein! :( Es hat keinen traurigen Kühlschrank, in dem man Wasser füllen kann.
