Es war fantastisch: Flair und Service stimmen hier. Wir konnten sehr gut in Ruhe entspannen. Ein sehr schönes frisch renoviertes Heritage Hotel mit sehr viel Stil, das noch nicht viele entdeckt haben, ein wirklicher Geheimtipp. Beim Frühstück wurde uns jedes Gericht im Detail erklärt, die Auswahl war sowohl für den deutschen, als auch für den indischen Gaumen perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf. Super sauber, mit exzellentem Service, deshalb sehr zu empfehlen.

It was a lovely rejuvenating experience all this while . Everything taken care of till the last detail. Relished the food and the Luckhnawi hospitality in the true sense of the word. Naish and Saba really took care of all our needs 🙏🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️

The Saraca Hotel situated in the Mall Avenue Lucknow is fairly close to the main City centre and Hazratganj area, the busiest area of town. Heritage property. Superb ambiance. Superb facilities. Superb service. Staff well trained and extremely friendly and polite. Stayed for 3 days. Well taken care. Worth a visit and stay. The breakfast spread is excellent. Plus lots of additions suggested by the chef. Authentic Lucknow food. Prices are what they would ben in a five star hotel. Quite. Not too much activity. Maybe due to the off season. Happy happy experience.

The stay was amazing. Good property with old world vibes! Amazing hospitality. All the staff were excellent- very polite and helpful. Special mention to Ms Naish Fatima for going that extra mile for our elderly family members. Food selection was good. Definitely will be coming back again.

Lovely property, good food and friendly staff. Especially luggage assistant Shyam who carried 15 bags for us! Some areas for improvement - turn off the dance music by the pool, not very relaxing. And there was a loud party on the roof until 2am right above our rooms. No one slept that night! I will return again but I hope a few things have improved.

Had a very good stay at Saraca Lucknow. Their rooms are beautifully appointed and charming. The building itself is old and quaint but kept well. Our check in wasn't that great with the front desk team failing to let us know that we'd be able to check in an hour later than their usual 2 pm. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay. The food at their restaurants are excellent. Especially enjoyed the north Indian dinner and the Awadhi breakfast! We'll definitely be back and hope that their front desk irons out their check ins duly.

Great experience, with Ajay Mishra... Disturbance from top floor for room 202 was a concern...more no of drinking water bottlescan be kept in the room... ambience is good... location good...more veg dishes can be offered in Azrak..rest ok

Great property, great location and even more amazing staff that went to lengths to make my stay comfortable, service is excellent, thanks to Abhishek, Naish, Satyam and Bipin. Had the best 3 days :))) Ps. Make sure to pet the property dogs Jinny and Johny when you’re there.

beautiful ambiance, and great service, the staff was very nice to us, rooms were hygienic and even the service was fast, i really liked the food in the restraunts and the morning breakfast buffet was also served very nicely, everything was very beautiful, i really liked the stay
