Schönes Hotel in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war hübsch und das Bett bequem. Wasserkocher und Safe vorhanden. Das Fenster kann einen Spalt geöffnet werden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war eher einfach und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die eingelegten Heringe in Zwiebeln und in Curry. Solche selbstgemachten, lokalen Spezialitäten probiere ich immer sehr gerne aus. WLAN funktioniert gut. Leider war einer der beiden Lifte ausser Betrieb und der andere nonstop besetzt, so dass wir bis in den 5. Stock laufen mussten…

Alles Super. Waren nur für eine Nacht in dem Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp. Die Lage ist super und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Preis/Leistung war unschlagbar. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen, man ist sofort in der Innenstadt und kann Shoppen und Essen gehen. Trotz direkter Lage an der Straße bekommt man nichts davon mit. Es wird ein sehr leckeres Frühstück angeboten. Außerdem haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr nettes Personal kennengelernt. Unser großes Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz und alles was man für ein paar Tage in Malmö braucht. DasPreis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist 1A.

The room was a bit basic, that's sort of regular Scandinavian hotel standard. But we had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was impossible to beat. It was a few minutes away from every place we wanted to visit. No free parking, but that was the rule for all hotels in the area. There was however a huge parking lot right across the street. Breakfast was good. Not the fanciest, but a good selection, good quality, and even sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free options. The only bad thing was the coffee. It tasted burnt. There was nice mild background music and cute and funny details in the decor. Overall a good experience.

Sehr zufrieden, ganz in der Nähe des Triangeln Bahnhofs, direkt innerhalb des großen Einkaufszentrums, in der 12. Etage, Sie können den Panoramablick auf die Stadt sehen, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, die Crepes sind sehr gut, Malmö hat in vielen Hotels gelebt, das sind die höchsten Kosten Ja.

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a recent business trip and thought I would try and give a balanced review of my experiences. I decided to stay here base on the large number of good reviews both on Google and ***********. However I immediately realized that the place wasn't really in line with my expectations and regretted my decision to stay here, rather than in some of the other boutique hotels I was also looking at. To start with it's not really a hotel at all, despite the name. It's somewhere between serviced apartments and an American style motel, depending on what kind of room you have. I stayed in one of the ”loft” rooms which ironically was on the ground floor, with my door opening straight onto the street and pavement. Not ideal for security or peace and quiet. The space itself was very large but most of the unit was empty and very spartan. It reminded me of when I had moved house in the past and my furniture and belongings hadn't yet arrived. So if you like minimalism and Zen living this place could be perfect for you. For me it felt just rather sad and empty and not somewhere I wanted to spend any time, at least not without some beer. On the plus side the bed was soft and comfortable but the pillows were a a bit of a joke. Think four fat cushions full of lumpy teddy bear stuffing. I ended up making a more modest sized pillow out of the spare duvet. I remember seeing on the booking details that the place had a coffee machine. Great I thought. So yes, whilst I can confirm that my room did in fact have a coffee machine, it had no coffee to go with it. Which of course means that you need to go shopping and finding a shop that's open late or early is kind of hard in this neighbourhood. I also could not find a hair dryer. The room also didn't get any daily cleaning such as the bathroom or refreshing towels. Apparently if you stay long enough, you get a weekly clean. The unit was also really hot and despite leaving the air conditioning on full blast for many hours I only succeed in getting the temperature down from 30 degrees to 27. And as none of the windows opened my only option was to open the front door right onto the street allowing everybody to see in. Apparently this is a known problem and they are trying to fix it. But even if it had worked, leaving it on at night would not have been a good idea as they are industrial AC units and very noisy. Reception did try and find me a fan but alas, there were none. The loft rooms also have the bed upstairs and the bathroom and toilet downstairs so if during the night you need to get up to answer the call of nature you have a very steep set of stairs to navigate. Whoever was in charge of soft furnishings either cut corners or had a tiny budget because the blinds did not cover the full width of the windows meaning that basically the room was full of light even with the blinds shut. We chose Unity Malmo because it was advertised as a perfect mix of traditional holiday apartment and luxury hotel. Unfortunately, we could not discover the part of the luxury hotel. The hotel is on Nobelvägen and there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away from which you can take line 3 either to the train station or towards Triangeln. However, only this one line runs and only about every 20 minutes. The area around the hotel does not offer any attractions apart from the Sorgenfri Cemetery. There is a smaller supermarket nearby which is handy if you are self catering. We chose the deluxe studio with 22 square meters. We were welcomed at the reception very friendly are we were also able to leave our luggage until the studio was ready. We received a map and a description of how to get into the building of our studio. Some of the paths are very winding and some of them can only be reached via balconies outside. Our studio was on the 5th floor under the roof with a slope. It was very warm and stuffy. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the windows could only be opened when it wasn't raining. The interior is designed by a British designer and decorated in light beige. The individual cabinet elements are stackable. Unfortunately, the upper elements are not accessible for small people, not even the top level in the kitchenette, where pans and pots are placed. A small ladder would be helpful here if you are not accompanied by a taller person. The sofa bed of 140 cm x 200 cm is too small for 2 people, especially since access is only possible from one side as it is right against the wall. This is impractical. In addition, there is no bedside cabinet to store something. Despite the relatively large number of cupboards, there is a lack of storage in crucial places. In the bathroom there is neither a board at the sink nor at the shower. The table is also very small if you only want to eat for two. We found the associated chairs to be very uncomfortable. There was no real workplace where you could conveniently put your laptop. So we had to improvise a lot. The small kitchen is well equipped with portable induction hotplates, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The hotplates could only be used if you turned on the ventilation because the fire alarm was directly above the kitchen. However, the ventilation was extremely loud so that hardly any conversation was possible while cooking.What was missing was a tea towel to dry off a bit. A hand brush would also have been useful, as cleaning only took place every 7 days. With us, this was one day before departure - in this case it no longer makes sense. There is also a gym in the complex that can be used. The Orangery is very pretty with plenty of seating and a large games table for people to borrow one of the many games that are available. The room also invites you to linger over a coffee or cold drink. We didn't book breakfast as it seemed overpriced at 11 euros. There was no buffet, just a sandwich with c

Great overall hotel. Recommended for frequently visitors. Great location with access to everything such as shopping centers, seaside, parks, city, museums, airport, train stations and overall everything needed.

Das große Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Hyllie in Malmö. Das Hotel macht von Außen einen super Eindruck und sieht echt schick aus. Auch die Lobby ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Das Personal leider (noch) nicht so ganz. Lage & Umgebung In Hyllie gelegen nur ein paar Stationen mit der Metro Bahn vom Malmö Zentrum entfernt. In der Nähe ist direkt ein Shoppingcenter sowie die Malmö Arena. Mit dem Navi kein Problem zu finden obwohl die Umgebung sehr geschäftig ist. Zimmer Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Mit View war im 2. Stock allerdings gar nichts – wir haben auf ein Dach geguckt und 3m weiter ggü war das nächste Zimmer. Das war nicht besonders schön – aber man ist ja nur zum Schlafen da. Betten waren gut und auch das Bad war gut ausgestattet. Service Hier liegt der Knackpunkt – wir wurden überhaupt nicht nett von einer Trainee Dame empfangen. Es gab kein Lächeln und kein freundliches Wort. Leider auch keine Informationen – alles was man wissen wollte musste man sich selber erfragen bzw. andere Mitarbeiter bemühen. Wir hatten ein kleines Anliegen, da wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht haben – aber man hat ein Schlafsofa zu einem dritten Bett ausgeklappt. Wir wollten nur, dass man das wieder einklappt und zurückbaut, damit wir den vorhandenen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten nutzen konnten. Das hat die Dame allerdings nicht begriffen – als wir nach einem Stadtspaziergang wiederkamen, war alles wieder neu aufgebaut … wir haben es dann selber eingeklappt…. Auch der Check out bei der selben Dame war ohne ein Lächeln und ein nettes Wort. Gastronomie Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Restaurant sehr schön. Die Speisen waren alle lecker und qualitativ auch super.

Das Hotel L ist perfekt... auch die Schule ist sehr modern. Es ist ein wenig in der Nähe, aber mit dem Bus oder dem U-Bahnhof, die sich zwei Schritte befinden, erreichen Sie in einem Augenblick das Zentrum des Landes
