We chose Unity Malmo because it was advertised as a perfect mix of traditional holiday apartment and luxury hotel. Unfortunately, we could not discover the part of the luxury hotel. The hotel is on Nobelvägen and there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away from which you can take line 3 either to the train station or towards Triangeln. However, only this one line runs and only about every 20 minutes. The area around the hotel does not offer any attractions apart from the Sorgenfri Cemetery. There is a smaller supermarket nearby which is handy if you are self catering. We chose the deluxe studio with 22 square meters. We were welcomed at the reception very friendly are we were also able to leave our luggage until the studio was ready. We received a map and a description of how to get into the building of our studio. Some of the paths are very winding and some of them can only be reached via balconies outside. Our studio was on the 5th floor under the roof with a slope. It was very warm and stuffy. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the windows could only be opened when it wasn't raining. The interior is designed by a British designer and decorated in light beige. The individual cabinet elements are stackable. Unfortunately, the upper elements are not accessible for small people, not even the top level in the kitchenette, where pans and pots are placed. A small ladder would be helpful here if you are not accompanied by a taller person. The sofa bed of 140 cm x 200 cm is too small for 2 people, especially since access is only possible from one side as it is right against the wall. This is impractical. In addition, there is no bedside cabinet to store something. Despite the relatively large number of cupboards, there is a lack of storage in crucial places. In the bathroom there is neither a board at the sink nor at the shower. The table is also very small if you only want to eat for two. We found the associated chairs to be very uncomfortable. There was no real workplace where you could conveniently put your laptop. So we had to improvise a lot. The small kitchen is well equipped with portable induction hotplates, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The hotplates could only be used if you turned on the ventilation because the fire alarm was directly above the kitchen. However, the ventilation was extremely loud so that hardly any conversation was possible while cooking.What was missing was a tea towel to dry off a bit. A hand brush would also have been useful, as cleaning only took place every 7 days. With us, this was one day before departure - in this case it no longer makes sense. There is also a gym in the complex that can be used. The Orangery is very pretty with plenty of seating and a large games table for people to borrow one of the many games that are available. Statt Skifahren beschlossen wir Malmo in Schweden mit Freunden zu besuchen. In Malmo beschlossen wir, im Hotel OH-Boy zu bleiben, das in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und Malmo Schloss und natürlich Turning Torso ist. Wir haben Zimmer von booking.com reserviert und es gab kein Problem überhaupt, was mehr brauchen Sie nicht Schlüssel, um in Ihr Zimmer zu kommen statt Sie persönliche Pin-Code verwenden. Zimmer sind ziemlich klein, aber das ist nichts Neues in Schweden, aber es sind voll ausgestattet, auch mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Fahrrad, das ist schön, weil in Malmo Fahrräder sind schnellste Kommunikationswege und es gibt viele Fahrradstraßen. Malmo ist auch schöne Lage in der Nähe von Oresind Strassen und Oresund Brücke, die Schweden mit Dänemark verbindet, macht diese Lage perfekt. Warm zu erreichen vom Flughafen Malmo nach Stadtzentrum oder Hotel, können Sie an diese Nummer +46 76 274 60 43 anrufen. Dies ist für Rayaner zertifiziertes Beförderer, Kosten für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder war 50 Euro, was nicht so teuer ist. Wo es, überall :) und natürlich nicht vergessen, IKEA besuchen es ist rund 12 km Radfahren auf eine Weise. Spot die Unterschiede :)

Wir blieben in einem Familienzimmer für 5 Nächte, das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lobby hatte viele Bordspiele, Tischtennis, Fahrradverleih und eine tolle Cafébar. Es gab eine große Auswahl für Frühstück, einschließlich Koch- und Kalt-Optionen; Pancakes waren ein fester Favorit bei unseren Kindern! Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr an Familien, über die Straße von der zentralen Bahnhof Malmö und viele Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants alle in der Nähe zu Fuß. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit - ein toller Ort zu bleiben!

Alles Super. Waren nur für eine Nacht in dem Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp. Die Lage ist super und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Preis/Leistung war unschlagbar. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Malmö is easily coupled with a Copenhagen trip. The location of the hotel is extremely good while avoiding the night noises. Clean and tidy room that has all basic amenities plus a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast buffet is superb with good quality bread cheese, cold cut meats, eggs and lots of juices/ coffee/ milk varieties. Most places are within 10 minute walk. Almost everything in Malmö are within 20 minute walk. Highly recommended place to stay

Modernes Designhotel mit großer Aussicht. Nahe der Station Malmo, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch nahe dem Einkaufszentrum. Räumige und gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit professionellen Zimmerservice. Alle Mitarbeiter sind hilfreich und bieten gute Empfehlungen zu nahe gelegenen Restaurants und Landschaften für Touristen. Buffet Frühstück ist lecker mit vielen verschiedenen Speisen. Sehr empfohlen für alle Reisenden.

Zweites Mal haben meine Frau und ich bei MJ’s geblieben. Wir lieben dieses Hotel, die Atmosphäre ist sehr willkommen und das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Das Dekor ist auch sehr cool. Wir haben nur in den kleinen Zimmern geblieben, die grundsätzlich, aber wirklich komfortabel sind. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch fantastisch, zentral zu den Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Hotelbar kann lebendig werden, was meine Frau und ich lieben, aber der Lärm kann nicht von den Zimmern gehört werden. Nur das Ablassen dieser Zeit war das Frühstück. Wir haben für eine spät gewählte Zeitslot, 10-10:45am, da wir nicht früh aufstehen wollten. Die Lebensmittel waren jedoch nicht aufgetaucht, zum Beispiel keine gekochten Eier, Hühnersaft, Saft usw., was schämend war, da wir meinen, alle Frühstücksartikel sollten während der Frühstücksdienstzeiten verfügbar sein.
