Through WhatsApp, I finally reached someone who provided the check-in details, and we managed to check in close to 10 PM. I hope through sharing this review could help better others on their check-in process and not experience what i had gone through. Another drawback is the gym and game room facilities, which require booking through an app likely intended for condominium residents. Additionally, there are no eateries within walking distance—the nearest options are a 5-minute drive to the D'Tank Paradise Foodcourt, which offers a good variety of food choices.
