Pros: Very refreshing welcome drink ginger ale BUT cold towel was smelly. Friendly frontdesk staffs. Beautiful hotel & great ambience. Room is spacious & clean. Cold & adjustable aircond with ceiling fan. Comfortable bed & pillows. Separate toilet, shower and bath tub; with bath salt & rubber duck. Free and covered parking, parking attendants even cleaning up your car windscreen for free. Free wifi. Complimentary in-room coffee makers & menu bar items. Satisfying breakfast buffet. No deposit required. Walking distance to Jonker Street & other nearby attractions. Quality herbal-smell toiletries. Cons: Arrived early but need to wait quite sometimes as room was not ready. Long lines at the front desk during my check-out. No bidet. Limited tv channels. Lousy noise when using water spray next to toilet.

Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und meine Kinder mögen es. Personal an der Rezeption sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. In Bezug auf die Lage ist das Hotel von Mart, Mall und all den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie A Famosa umgeben. Habe meine Übungen im Fitnessstudio gemacht und das Essen im Hotel genieße. Das Essen war köstlich und meine Kinder lieben es. Sicherlich werde ich wiederkommen.

Hotel is clean and suitable for families. The bed was great. Room service was quick. TV had sufficient channels and quality and size of screen is good. Plenty of water provided in room. The view of the junior suite was good but would have been better on a higher floor. Bathroom was huge and guests could request for chair within for elderly. Has sauna and steam room in the hotel but no spa. Seems a short distance from Jonker but will the long and unpredictable grab and room situation in melaka, the location of hotel becomes a inconvenience. However, air-conditioning is unable to be controlled and was too cold at night. Breakfast needs a queue, and food is not fantastic and has no signature dishes that you can remember after. Hotel does not respond much to request such as high floor or that there is a third guest in the room despite paying for an extra person. This is evident when the bathroom amenities, bathrobe and slippers provided were still in pairs. Though Hotel did top up more after the first day. When they do top up, they are not stingy.

Das Hotel hat eine unglaubliche Erfahrung! Unser Zimmer war wunderbar geräumig, perfekt für die Bedürfnisse unserer Familie. Was wirklich herausgekommen war, war ihr außergewöhnlicher Service. Ich erwähnte den 2. Geburtstag meines Sohnes und bat um einfache Dekorationen - sie gingen oben und darüber hinaus! Das Personal überraschte uns mit schönen Dekorationen und einem speziellen Kuchen, der unser kleiner Junge so glücklich machte. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt von ihrer Betrachtung und Aufmerksamkeit auf Details. Die Bemühungen des Hotels, unsere Feier zu machen, zeigten ihre Verpflichtung, memorable Aufenthalte für Gäste zu schaffen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel that goes the extra mile!

Die Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums war sehr gut. Eine leichte Hiccup mit dem Zugang zu den Türen, aber der Frontanschluss sortierte es ziemlich schnell. Es gab 50% von Pizzas und Pastas im italienischen Restaurant des Hotels auf Ebene 1 an Wochentagen zwischen 2-5pm (?). Ich kann mich nicht vorstellen, dass ich ewig Italienisch in Malacca habe, aber wir erreichten bei 9.30pm am Tag 1, als alles andere geschlossen wurde und die Pasta, die wir hatten, war ziemlich erstaunlich, unter den besseren italienischen Lebensmitteln, die ich hatte.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Wenn Sie weg von diesen geschäftigen Gegenden und doch nicht zu weit weg sein möchten, ist dies eine gute Unterkunft. Angeblich von vielen Geschäften umgeben, aber aufgrund einer Pandemie wurden viele Geschäfte geschlossen. Das Personal hier war freundlich. Während meiner Check-in-Zeit, da es zu früh war, gab mir diese indische Dame (sieht aus wie eine Krippe) einen Gutschein für einen hauseigenen Parkplatz und ließ mich mein Auto zum Mittagessen parken. Sie versucht auch, mir nach Möglichkeit beim frühen Check-in zu helfen. Für Zimmergröße nicht so geräumig wenn man mit zu viel Gepäck bei 2 Personen übernachtet. Insgesamt bin ich mit meinem Aufenthalt im Eco Tree Hotel zufrieden.

Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass wir im Bayview Hotel einchecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Namen der Mitarbeiter sind Muhammad und Wafi. Der Check-in-Vorgang verläuft reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit war der Raum perfekt vorbereitet. Wiederholung bestätigen. 😎❤️👍🏻

Ort: Gemütlich vor der Melaka-Flussfahrtstation gelegen: Zimmer: Ruhig, Bett und Kissen, wenn sie neue und bessere Qualität ändern können, wird groß sein, die einen großen Schlaf der Nacht gewährleistet. Die großen Fenster bieten atemberaubende Aussichten auf die Stadt, Einrichtungen: Schwimmbad Gymnastik. Essen: Die Restaurants im Hotel servieren leckere lokale und internationale Gerichte. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, alle Geschmacksempfindlichkeit zu entsprechen. 👍 Was ich liebe: Erstaunliche Lage Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal Das Shore Hotel ist insgesamt eine tolle Wahl für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Melaka. Sehr empfohlen für Paare, Familien oder jemand, der diese historische Stadt erkunden möchte!

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, was für jeden Touristen sehr praktisch ist. Für jeden Gast stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen ganz in der Nähe, Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade, Afamosa, Melaka River Cruise, Malacca Tower und Jonker Street sind vom Hotel aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist eine sehr strategische Lage, wenn Sie die nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen möchten. Die hauseigenen Restaurants sind ebenfalls erschwinglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, aber einige Dinge könnten verbessert werden, wie die Schalldämmung der Haupttür und die Fehlfunktion des AC-Thermostats. Die Aussicht vor dem Fenster ist wunderschön.
