Dies ist mein zweites Mal bei Casa del Rio. Liebe alles an dem Hotel. Freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, ich liebe ihr riesiges Badezimmer. Essen so nett, erschwinglich. Das Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch auf mein Zimmer geliefert. Werde sicher wiederkommen.

Great location, hotel is next to the river and steps away from Jonkey walking street; and can access the most of key sightseeing spot by foot Room is quite big with nice balcony with the river view There are few buses back to Singapore can pick up from hotel directly very convenient. Highly recommended

Loved staying in the iconic Melacca hotel with its interesting architectural details. Best part was proximity to Jonker St and other sights. Buffet breakfast is just OK. Staff was very friendly.

A shout out to Mr. Redzuan of Front Desk who assisted me with the check-in process & even went the extra mile to ensure that service was at its best especially for my 85 year old mom. Thanks, Mr. Redzuan & other staffs who had helped my mom by providing a wheelchair, etc . Everything (including front desk staffs & guard) at the hotel was great. We also received a complimentary raya cookies, which was really unexpected. My mom was thrilled with d service, too. Kudos & keep up the great job👍

The aesthetic of this hotel is really next level, the service of the staff as well! I really love the room and the convenience of the location. ❤️ my second time back and I can foresee more stays here. 🙆🏻 it’s a stone throw away to Jonker street, making walking there so convenient.

The best hotel you can find in Malacca. Fantastic. Location was centralised. The room is huge. The pool has amazing view. Good breakfast. Allowed late check out and early check in.

We stayed at 31 Dec . We could enjoy new year fireworks show from the rooftop and it was amazing! View from the hotel pool was also great. Buffet dinner and breakfasts were nice. There were some noodles which is NOT spicy, so my 3 years old little boy could eat :) so many tasty sweets were also attractive. Hotel building itself is little old but clean and beautiful design. Hotel room bathtub was a little dirty so I let staff to clean. Hotel towels were old and hard. not soft. Those were bad points. Overall, it was a very nice hotel, so I would like to stay there again at the end of the year.

One of the best hotels for families...all attractions just a stone throw...Great staff make every attempt to make you feel at home...superb hospitality...Nice buffet spread breakfast and dinner ..thanks Hafiz, Wayne and Zakhim ...you made our new year stay memorable.. We will visit again

Positives - Bringing Spain to Melaka - Large spacious room - resort feel - balcony that allows you river view - rooftop infinity view that has views of the river and sunrise - turndown service provided - superb hospitality - tub comes with bath salt - great architecture of room and hotel, especially atmospheric at night - couple of free food items and drinks in room - personalised welcome drink and towel - superb location (mins away from jonker) Negatives - king size bed would be great - limited tv channels - tv a little dated - no bedside usb charging

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the marina. I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the bike rental service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melaka.

Family of 5 with young had a very pleasant stay! Just minutes walk from Jonker and Hard Rock Cafe. Many food nearby with friendly hotel staff. Breakfast selection could have more variety

This hotel is in a prime location with a great environment, making it perfect for family vacations. My favorite feature is the infinity pool.
