下午三點入住，早上7點前離開，來不及享用飯店提供的早餐，但是房間裏的設施真的很齊全。含機場接送也非常方便。

Excelente estadia en este hotel, el personal muy amable y atento, la comida deliciosa. Muy cercano al aeropuerto y con servicio de transporte. De verdad una grata sorpresa y 100%recomendable.Muchas felicidades a todo el personal.

Excelente todo pero no me gustó conseguir un par de medias en la habitación , guindadas en el closet.. creo que no la limpiaron bien.. pero todo lo demás EXCELENTE sobretodo el personal en recepción y quienes nos reciben en el aeropuerto ( hasta el chofer del bus es muy amable)

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, köstliches Essen und saubere Zimmer. Flughafenservice war sehr sicher und pünktlich. Frühstück ausgezeichnet mit traditionellen Gerichten. Abendessen sehr gut und beste Bedienung.

For starters, they did not want to store my luggage for a stay after which I had reservations for a return two days later. The proposal from management for the two nights I would needed to store the one bag. I had to pay from lack of choice. They have me a rate for the four nights instead which did not even include breakfast. The fourth day of the stay we had breakfast…at the same rate as a New York five star “USD 30” per person. To continue, they have lots of Internet and electricity quite often. Finally, called to ask for the time of departure of the Van to the airport, they indicated that it would be at 11:30 am. I indicated I would be right down and although we later found out that there was no one waiting, the indication was that they would not wait.. they did not even ask. Me final comment is that a system si completely structured has no room for guest service. This was one of the most inhuman experiences I have ever received in a hotel…and that is interesting since I’m a hotel owner. Don’t go there!!!

Yes I like eurobilding Hotel , I like the restaurant, the rooms and the pool is very nice. The front desk staff especially anabella was very attentive. I love the proximity to the airport. Thanks all.

I've been using this hotel since they opened, and they always are identified by good customer service and that dedication to making feel at home, this time I had some issues with the AC, but after a couple of rooms, this was resolved, special thanks to Gilberto and Stalin at the reception and Leiyer at the restaurant.

We didn't sleep. Hotel in anonymous old 90s business style or like a north Korea hotel. The A/C is massive everywhere maybe set at 18° and temperature in all the structure from cold to freezing. Even in room was noisy and cold even with 30°C and heater set on the display. Stench of closed. Window not openable. We didn't sleep the night because the temperature even switching off the air. Towels and bed linen just "washed" but not clean and fragrant. Towels old and very small, the the body towel like a face towel and the face towel like an hankie. Taps clean but old and with limescale. Breakfast with almost everything but completely tasteless. The pool was small and a croaking music CD always working made bothersome to stay in the area. We paid the absurd price of 197 U$ but the receptionist firstly gave me a receipt of something like 8170 Bolivares...did we paid a scam price for overseas customers ? We are totally unsatisfied, we didnt sleep and this is not a five stars, it worth no more than 50$. I recommend to choose another hotel with shuttle service or even if you have to pay a cab for the airport. Hope the pilots and cabin crew do not rest here for the night before a flight since in my opinion it is hard to do.
