Positive: in the middle of nature,calm with fresh air and relaxing place. Negative: 1. The hotel doesn't offer any shuttle, no rental car or a rental motorcycle. Also around the hotel there no place to rent a transport. 2. The 1st 2 days there was a small limited breakfast buffet (1-2 star standard), the 3rd day there was only 4 options with little food and lower quality. To pay over a $100 people also expect a better breakfast. Also there is no restaurants around, you have to eat at the hotel and they charge you high amount plus vat plus service, etc. Communication is also an issue, only the receptionist and one person at the restaurant speaks English.

Good price , great facilities , beautiful hill in this small resort. The pool is really stunning. There is free bicycle. Beautiful river passses along resort where you can see elephants bathing. One comment is the food is really overpriced, vey expensive for quality.

The location of this villa is a bit far. Whe arrived there almost 22:00. We can’t enjoy their facilities that day, but we used their swimming pool after the day. The swimming pool had some insects floating on the water. The rooms were clean but with so many insects outside e.g. 🪰🦟🦗🦎. However, that wasn’t a big deal coz it is understandable that there will be many insects as there inside the hills and there were no insects inside the rooms. If you are afraid of insects, you should be aware of choosing it. On the contrary, their staffs were so nice, friendly and helpful!!! Thank you for their supporting service!!!:)

Отличный отель. Отличный сервис. Отличный управляющий! Ребята помогут решить вопросы, все покажут расскажут. Ресторан имеется еда вкусная. Бассейн чистый. Завтрак шведский стол. Все супер понравилось !

環境很舒適，離大象學校很近，偶爾可以聽到大象的叫聲，有景觀台可以遠眺大象，餐點好吃，服務也很專業親切

非常氣憤，頭一次遇到這樣的事情:第一個是價格與環境不一致，泳池根本沒有辦法用，孩子和兩個同學遊了後全身長疹子，非常臟。第二是預訂的房間和朋友預訂的房間一樣，但是價格高出很多，説了很久酒店前台仍然不處理，不退費也不換房間，最後聯繫攜程客服還算處理及時，當天晚上退差價，衹能説代理太黑了。第三是價格貴，晚餐早餐選擇很少，晚餐還加收10%服務費，無語。總之，這個酒店不會再選擇，體驗感太差了。

Auf einem sehr großen Gelände liegen verstreut eine knappe Hundertschaft von Hütten, Bungalows und Häusern; ein Teil davon auf einer Insel mitten im Fluss. Diese Lage wurde dem Hotel auch vor einigen Monaten zum Verhängnis. Bei den großen Überschwemmungen im Herbst wurde die Hälfte der Häuser und Anlagen meterhoch überschwemmt. Heute, knapp 5 Monate danach, ist ein Großteil der Schäden wieder behoben. An einigen Häusern auf der Insel wird noch gearbeitet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und ein Golf-Car hat uns zu unserem Bungalow gebracht. Sie war recht großzügig und ansprechend eingerichtet; etwas befremdlich waren nur 2 Stoffelefanten auf dem Bett, die zum Verkauf angeboten wurden. Im Hauptgebäude liegen der Empfang, das Restaurant und der Wellnessbereich; vorgelagert liegt ein sehr großer Pool. Außerdem gibt es einen weiteren langen Pool für die, die gerne viel schwimmen. Wir haben im Restaurant ein sehr gutes Abendessen eingenommen. Am folgenden Tag haben wir das andere Flussufer besucht. Dort liegt eine Anlegestelle für Bambusflöze und ein Elefantencamp; in dem die Tiere immer noch geritten werden können (was inzwischen im Norden des Landes glücklicherweise weitgehend abgestellt wurde). Wir waren mit dem Service im Hotel sehr zufrieden. Eine im Hotelzimmer vergessene Fernbedienung wurde uns 3 Tage später zur hiesigen Adresse in Chiang Mai vorbeigebracht; nochmals vielen Dank den Angestellten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl dort gefühlt und fanden den Preis von rund 150 EURO pro Nacht incl. reichhaltigem Frühstück sehr fair. Wir planen, im kommenden Jahr wieder vorbeizuschauen.

The resort is in a beautiful location in the forest at the side of the river. The rooms are quite old, but the feel and design are really nice. The best thing here though are the staff. Front Office, Restaurant and House Keeping were faultless and couldn't do enough to help. You are a bit far out from town, but to be honest, the town doesn't offer much when you are surrounded by so much beauty. There are many local attractions nearby if you have or hire a car. Just ask for some locations from the girls on front desk. Overall loved our stay here, big thanks to the staff.

The resort is wonderful, excellent staff, wonderful owners of the resort, perfect food, excellent breakfast. The resort is located in an idyllic place surrounded by a forest. The resort has two large swimming pools that look like paradise surrounded by tropical plants. Bungalows and villas look fantastic, everything is decorated in the original autochthonous style. It is very clean and the staff cleans and tidies up every day. I would recommend everyone to visit this paradise on earth. Ivica, Switzerland🇨🇭

This was our second 3 night stay at Sibsan (last time in 2016) and again we really loved it. So nice!! Beautiful setting and natural environment with lots of vegetation, stunning pool (the best) and very nice and clean villas with all amenities, just great. Recommend pool villa to be at the edge of the so incredible pool.
