Huge hotel. The hot springs were amazing. Breakfast choices were limited and food was quite expensive.

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

Super big room with hua shan views. Low tourist season means it feels like we book out the whole hotel!

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent staffers provided impeccable services, especially Lee (did not get his full name but he mentioned that his grandmother was a physician) drove us around to the spas and showed us around.

We enjoyed this hotel so much we extended our stay. The hotel features a hot-spring spa area as well as pool, sauna and jacuzzi. (Extra charges for each unless you book the package through c trip. The hotel is walking distance from the scenic area entry so well worth booking if you want to relax after a day in the mountains.

酒店位置很好，離景區、滑雪場都近，無論温泉池還是泳池，乾淨、品質高，尤其是服務特別好，始終擺放整齊的拖鞋、出湯就送上的圍巾、接送的擺渡車、洗浴中心的spa、搓澡等服務均不輸五星奢侈酒店

酒店位置優越，就在華山腳下，在房間可以一覽華山風貌，停車場寬敞，適合新手停車還有充電樁可以使用。距離遊客中心步行可達，還省去了停車的費用，也可以點到縣城的很多外賣，是自駕的好去處！ 酒店公區非常大還有小童遊樂區，房間佈置精緻，床品柔軟舒適，乾淨整潔，細節處理超棒。衞生間面積大，乾濕分離。 爬山結束後還去泡了温泉，水温恰到好處，水質清澈乾淨。泡在温泉裏，熱氣騰騰，爬山的疲憊感瞬間消失。 總體入住體驗很好，服務優質， 重點表揚前台小姐姐，熱情周到，辦理入住非常迅速，還貼心介紹酒店設施。入住需求也能夠第一時間滿足，下次爬華山還會選擇入住該酒店！

酒店各種配套設施完備，裝修風格時尚大氣，房間衞生乾淨整潔；因為天冷，前台服務人員提前打開房間空調預熱，非常暖心的服務👍👍這次行程恰逢華山雪景，非常棒的一次出行體驗。

離華山遊客中心特別近，走路十分鐘就能到了，很方便，在房間就能看到華山，爬山給我累毀了，酒店近一點馬上回去躺屍了。

位置: 酒店就在華山腳下的，走路10分鐘可到遊客中心，很方便（可惜那段路在修，有一段沒有人行道，稍有點危險）。 温泉: 入住的時候需要定包含温泉的套餐才可以免費泡，住一天可以泡一次。更衣室乾淨舒適，最值得稱讚的是温泉的服務人員，非常貼心，冬天泡温泉怕我們冷，一出池就給遞熱茶，幫我們拿新浴巾，管理層看到請給大姐們加雞腿！ 房間: 客房很大，典型的國企風格裝修，陽台可以看到華山，住起來很舒服。 早餐: 工作人員熱情，品類齊全，上華山前吃得飽飽的！ 我們入住的時候是淡季，沒見到有多少客人入住，酒店很大，稍微顯得有點冷清。

很客觀的評價一下這個酒店 酒店的停車很方便，整體園區的環境也很不錯，是那種度假型酒店 辦理入住挺快的，幾分鐘就把辦理好了，服務非常好，很熱情，當時前台三名員工整體服務都很不錯，個子高高的女生還細心的給我們介紹當地特色菜還有我們第二天去爬山的安排， 整體衞生很乾凈，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的， 期間入住有任何需要前台也能及時幫忙處理，安排的房間也是風景很好的山景房，入住心情都變好了，房間內整體衞生什麼的都還不錯，

酒店位置特別好，就在遊客中心的對面，高速公路一下來就是酒店所在。聽説是華陰第一個五星級酒店。酒店巨大，客房也很大。節假日來爬個華山，泡個温泉美滋滋。對了，着重表揚一下前台的小姐姐們，把人家麻煩的我都不好意思了，人家還是耐心解答，希望經理給加雞腿哈哈👍
